Comida sana de campo, fideo, ensalada y mandiocaºººººHealthy country food, noodles, salad and cassava

Hola a todos, es hermoso cuando nos hacemos una escapa, como en este caso al campo de un amigo, asi que para el almuerzo hemos decidido almorzar una comida mas bien sana, como dice el titulo, fideo en este caso espagueti, ensalada de lechuga y tomate, tambien mandioca o yuca.

Para los que no conocen este modelo de cocina, la misma es de campo, como podemos ver en la fotografia, la misma tiene paredes y sobre esta un planchon de chapa de caso dos centimetros, con varios agujeros, segun la medida de lo que pondremos arriba del mismo, pude ser una olla, pava, etc.y abajo de la misma se realiza el fuego con leños, el cual al encenderse bien calienta el chapon y asi se cocina la comida.

Es por eso que tengo varias ollas, sobre dichos agujeros, una con mandioca, la otra con fideo y la otra con una salsa suave, esta buenisimo este sitema de cocina como dije, porque como se puede ver en la foto, tengo todas las ollas al mismo tiempo cosinandose.

Esta olla contiene el agua caliente en la que agrego el fideo antes mencionado y lo revuelvo lentamente para que no se haga un masacote, asi que cuando el mismo esta cocinado, le quito toda el agua, le agrego un poco de aceite y la coloco en una fuente.

Tambien esta la mandioca, la cual tambien se hallaba en una olla, una ves que esta hervida y blanda, las voy quitanto y agregando como se ve en un volts.

De esta manera amigos compartimos un exquisito almuerzo entre todos, por supuesto bien sano porque todo lo cosinado es con leños.

That is why I have several pots, over these holes, one with cassava, the other with noodles and the other with a mild sauce, this cooking system is great as I said, because as you can see in the picture, I have all the pots at the same time sewing.

This pot contains the hot water in which I add the above mentioned noodle and stir it slowly so that it doesn't become a big mess, so when it is cooked, I remove all the water, add a little oil and place it in a bowl.

There is also the cassava, which was also in a pot, once it is boiled and soft, I remove it and add it as seen in a volts.

In this way friends we share a delicious lunch together, of course very healthy because everything is cooked with firewood.
