What To Be Excited About Conclave Arcana Rewards

2025_CEC_43.png

Hello there! @saydie here, playing Splinterlands everyday!

Rewards.png

The days of Rebellion rewards are numbered. On October 21, 2025, it is anticipated that the Conclave Arcana rewards will replace the cards available in the Glint shop. This new batch of rewards comes with a complete overhaul of how players can earn, unlock, and hunt cards in the game, bringing back the players' excitement as well as the opportunity for players to earn cards that they can immediately exchange or trade with other players, while also taking measures to prevent any potential abuse to farm this cards and over saturate the market.

And so, for this week's Community Engagement Challenge, I want to break down the things that excite me about this set.

What to be Excited about CA Rewards

💥 The Return of Tradeable Cards

Similar to Rebellion rewards, Conclave Arcana rewards will also have 43 set of cards that includes 12 commons, 12 rare, 7 epic, and 12 Legendary cards that players can get as they play the game. While the regular copies of this cards will remain soulbound as players get them, the premium versions of these cards, which includes Gold Foil, Black Foil, Gold Foil Arcane and Black Foil Arcane, are immediately tradeable and transferable to other players.

Regular FoilRegular.pngThis version of the rewards is soulbound when you get them through ranked battle chests and by purchasing card draws in the Glint shop, but can be unlocked to become tradeable.
Gold FoilGold.pngCan also be acquired through Chest and Card Draws, but can be immediately transferred or traded.
Black Foil/GFA/BFABlack.pngCan be obtained through weekly Fortune Draws, and can be immediately transferred or traded.

At the same time, in order to prevent abuse of overprinting the cards, the team has place a print limit for each cards. This will help to keep the diversity of the premium cards and at the same time, helps to maintain their value. For now, the print rates for each rarity are as follows, but depending on the team's discretion, this numbers could be changed.

RarityPrint LimitBCX Needed to MaxPottential No. of Max Level Cards
Common500038131
Rare20002290
Epic120010120

💥 Cheaper Unlocking Cost for Soulbound Cards

Post Conclave Arcana rewards, the unbinding cost for rebellion soulbound rewards were 20x of it's Collection Power and when Conclave Arcana rewards were released, the unbinding cost will be 10x of it's Collection Power, which will increase by 1x every 30 days for 6 months, and then, it will become permanently soulbound.

On the other hand, unbinding Conclave Arcana rewards will be far mor cheaper with the introduction of Unbinding Scrolls, that players can either craft using Aura in the Artisan Quarter, or purchased it with DEC, priced at 5x it's Collection Power. Players can also get them for free through loot chest.

💥 Fortune Draws For the Rarest Cards and More Utility on SPS

When it comes to Black Foil, Gold Foil Arcane, and Black Foil Arcane, they will be given as prizes for the weekly fortune draw, much similar to Frontier Mode, but they tweaked it a little by adding SPS staked as a requirement to increase the number of entries that a player can get, as well as the league by which they are playing, encouraging players to climb in league as much as they can.

💥 The World of Praetoria Expands More

As new rewards will be introduced, we will get to know more about the world of Praetoria, with each of the cards' lore. At the same time, it is also exciting to see how the new characters and their Bloodline synergies will shake the game's meta. Perhaps, we may even get to see some new abilities on some of the new reward cards.

Closing

And that was just some of the things that I am excited about for the upcoming Conclave Arcana rewards. Overall, I really think that the team has done a good job at overhauling the rewards system. Now, the only thing that was missing was the reward cards themselves (when card reveal, Blaze?).

Thank you, and see you on the next post!

I mentioned in the next sentence of it being premium cards, as it includes gf, bf, gfa, and bfa, then on the table below was gf print limits. Does not mention any numbers for bf, gfa, and bfa, but I bet it will be the same limit as the core set.
