Any players in Splinterlands now has the chance to auction off their cards. It is one of those places where you can decide what is best value for your cards. Not to forget, you will be able to know how much other players value your cards. Thus you will be able to know the faith of your card/s.

• Upon logging in you will be greeted with the web page below. There are multiple tabs where you can explore and choose your desired options
• Buyers: Choose Browse Auctions tab and you will get to witness the cards available for auctions

Let us explore a bit more about the new auction site for Splinterlands products. Ahonex.com is created by @yaziris and @aggroed. Yaziris one of the developers who have supported the chain with his work (HIVE Disco Mod) You can check this post for more informaton regarding the work of his. Coming up next, I suppose I do not need to say anything about the grand boss of Splinterlands, aka AGGROED. He sure is always up to something and giving out to community in every possible way. Ahonex is probably going to be the next big thing for Splinterlands in several ways.

Step by Step, Guide!

For Buyers :

Once you log in to Ahonex.com using HIVE Keychain, since it requires your account authentication. Since you will be buying, you will jump into Browse Auctions tab and a new window shall pop up in front you. Which will lead you to all the available deals in front of you. On the filter menu (top left) you will be able to select what you are looking for and all the available items will show up accordingly.


Upon selecting a card of your choice you will be able to see the everything related to the card, just as it is on the image on the right. As you may notice, you will witness, who is the seller, how much the seller has actually listed up his/her card for and if any one has placed their bid for that card in Bid History section. All the details regarding the card is up in the details section.

For Sellers :

This is where all the magic will happen. If you are up to give out your card/s for auction, simply click List Item /Create Auction. You will be greeted with the page below. Here, you will notice your cards and there are few important aspects which needs to be taken into consideration. There is a listing fee for every card, which starts at 250 DE. With it, there is an additional fees of 5% which is the Sale Fee whenver an auction is successful. In addition to that there are few other aspects which needs to be taken into consideration before you put up you cards for sale. In the pricing section, you will notice few tabs, which are Starting Price (The bidding starts from 0, unless a price is set here), Reserve Price (Put min accepted winning bid, if the winning bid is below this threshold your card will be returned to you) and the tab Buy Now (where a buyer can purchase your item immediately). At last you can select how long the duration will be for the auction, you can choose from 1 hour to 7 days period.

To be honest, I am excited to see how this site gets to attract players. As this could literally bring in buzz to the community. As there are certain cards which could eventually bring some attraction and avoid scams of any sorts. As buyers and sellers can communicate easily out in here. Also the more recognition it gets the more exciting it will be. As there are certain aspects which does needs to be taken into consideration in order to get the sale through this site.
