Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge - Custom Sets

Heyah splinterbudies! and hivers. Great day to you there! Or night maybe. I hope you are enjoying or enjoyed your activities what ever it is. Joining the Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge for this week topic is the Custom Sets in the game. Customizing things refer to how will it make it easy for you doing your activity or plans. It also applies in splinterlands, there are new features in the game that can help you lessen the burden of how to manage your assets or your gaming acivity. Let us look to Custom Sets can offer to our gaming experience.

In the item section of the Splinterlands UI page, we can see the page as shown above and click the Card Sets and then click CUSTOM so we can create our card sets.

You can name the set you want to add to the Custom Sets to your liking so editing/updating will be easier later or on other times. Having it like this way will be easy access to what ever group of cards you want to rent later. For our example here, i am goin to name it "Try".

As I continue to manage "Try" in the custom section, you can see that you can change between your Available, All and Selected cards for easy access. Rarities and going to Automatic is another option but I am doing it manually right now to get directly to the card that i wanted to add to the Try set that i am doing right now.

Choosing Earth splinters as an example and my available card for rent would be Quilliun Legionary. Since i got multiple copies for this card, i just chose the one available for renting, another thing to note here is you can choose either gold foil or regular foil for your cards to be included in your Custom Sets. And it is not limited to one card and one splinter ok? you can update it on how you wish and how many available cards you can list for rent. It is your call buddy.

After i placed my designated card to be listed in my Custom sets, I placed my desired amount which is 5 DEC/day with of course will be charge of list fee of 1 DEC. This listing, if rented, will be rented on seasonal basis. So the period it will be computed is for the remaining days in an active season before it will be relist again for rent.

I am ok with what i did so i pressed the List button and it was listed! The image above shows that my Custom Set named "Try" is already Listed for rent in the market. It also indicates how many cards it contain and the price per day is also shown.

The image above is where you can explore the Custom Set Rentals of the game. You can see it in the Market Section and then click the Set Rentals. Afterwards go to the Custom Section and there you have it, you can check the Custom Set rentals of the players listed their things there.

• Custom Sets is a way on managing your set of cards for rent more efficiently. With the changes happening to the splinterlands game and the additional of other card series, this Custom Sets is a good way to lessen the burden managing your cards assets if you want them to generate passive income thru renting in a set kind of way. The thing is, it is a good tool for Card owners. And for the renters, like me, we can also use it because its free right? :)
