Champ 3, 81K GLINTs, and 6 Upgraded Cards! - End Of Season Recap, Buying Draws, Leveling Up, and Giveaway (Win Free GF Card)

Finally, I found free time to write my end-of-season report from Splinterlands! We are already deep in the new one, and I'm writing it just now... Anyways, the most important is to do it, buy some draws, and upgrade some cards... If not, I will not be competitive and the game will lose its "mojo" 😃

This season, I was a bit luckier than in the previous one... I'm back in the Champion 3 league tier and I have collected a nice amount of GLINT tokens, too!!! 16K tokens more than last time, for a total of 81K! This should help me with buying the same number of DRAWs this season too! I hate when I can't afford at least 2 legendaries and with this amount to GLINTs, I can do it! At least today... 😂

I had some spare tokens from before, so I did the same draws as usual, for the total price of 169K GLINTs!

As I like to keep the cherry on the top of the cake for the end, I always begin these openings with the "weakest" DRAWs...

It's always nice to get a gold-foiled card! Today, it was Chaos Evoker! I wasn't able to upgrade that card, but I could do some other gold-foiled card!

For example, during the season, I got multiple Broken Earth Thug GF cards and thanks to that, I was able to upgrade 2 levels! It is now at level 5, with +1 Armor and Cripple ability!!! Along with Opportunity, it became a very powerful card!

Unfortunately, that was all from COMMON cards as I wasn't able to upgrade any other...

Regarding my RARE DRAWs, I got another GOLD-FOILED card, and I was able to upgrade 1 GF card, but not that Commander Slade!

It was Skyspire Leopard that I upgraded to level 4, where it got another ability along with Retaliate... It has now a Void Armor, which will come in handy as it has 3 armor already!

But, it wasn't only that 1 GF that I was able to upgrade! I leveled up my Continuum Seer card to level 4, where it got a +1 Magic attack!

Another RARE card that I upgraded was Janni Rebel! It is now at level 5, and she also got a +1 Magic attack, which made her a very powerful card! 3 magic attack + 2 great abilities!

The highlight of the day was my EPIC DRAWs opening because I pulled out 2 GOLD-FOILED cards! I think that I never had something like that! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to upgrade any of the gold-foiled cards, but I'm much closer to doing that!

On the other side, I have upgraded my Kha'zi Conjurer to level 4, where it got stronger by getting +1 SPEED and +1 LIFE!!!

I'm happy to announce that my Olivia Of The Brook is now at level 4, with +1 on LIFE! It became a bit more resilient!

2 upgraded EPIC cards in one day! I will take it!

As usual, I left the best for the last... 😃 Unfortunately, I wasn't able to upgrade none of those two cards...

All in all, I have upgraded 6 cards in total! Two of them were gold-foiled, which is like an additional bonus... hehehe... I'm happy with the result of today's opening and the whole last season!
