Welcome to episode 92 of my weekly Splinterlands 101 podcast, with fellow @hiveaustralia members, and co-hosts of the show, @mattclarke and @giotrix
So, this episode began as normal, talking Splinterlands, recent changes and developments etc,
then I spontaneously decided to open 5 Riftwatcher packs.
Then Gio decided to buy and open a couple of Riftwatcher packs,
Then Matt being Matt (The finest gentleman who ever lived), he gifted Gio and myself an untamed pack each for us to open,
Then Matt decided he'd open 200 Chaos Legion packs, and the contents were so amazing that he decided to open another 200 packs.

and for the battle fans, don't worry, we still had time for the usual battling at the end, with team breakdowns and analysis, with real-time commentary.

O.O Guest on the show. I'm kind of camera shy lol. Thanks it was really one of the luckiest moments of my life winning the kitty. It also made me wanna build a gold foil collection but this might take a while lol. Also I don't know if id get hated on since i did bot :x. What would we talk about though? O.O
No requirements to come on and show face :) We've had multiple guests do the same. A quick intro most of the time, and then what feels like 5 minutes later, the show finishes. you'd be surprised how easy it is to come up with stuff when theres 4 people on call. I often have to bite my toungue and hold myself back for others to get a word in xD.
O.O I see how many times have you gone on the show then. maybe i will join one day just to see how it goes xD. im pretty quiet so id be ok if i dindt have to get my word in
I'm on nearly everytime, I'm one of the CO-host, bob being the actual host because his intros are fire. We cater to our guests, the dynamic changes and we adjust accordingly without even trying, even now i get surprised by how fluid things run while recording with different personalities. If and when you're ready, no obligations, it would be cool to have you on :).

LOL yeah and id do it again as long as the potions sustain it xD. Matts been real good to many and so without hesitation, i can enjoy in the second hand feeling of winning at life for the breif moment.

ya let me see xD . he's been busy recently and got bored of the crypto market. i used to voice with him a lot when he was more interested but bear market got to him and i dont blame him for not wanting to see whats happenign in the space as not much happening lol

packs are off my rader for now. i will however look into cards to buy off the market. the ones that make sense for the deck i want.

i guess i didnt go into detail. I have most of CL maxed out and played in diamond for some time. But now im better suited without renting for gold league in card, SPS terms and more than happy there. Playing in wild, bot running etc to farm those SB cards which i care for more than sps atm. im a little short for rebellion like many haha. i can wait for rebellion and dont want to eat into land proceeds again like many xD.
oh u also botting O.O. Ya im excited for land as well with the new mechanics that matt mentioned but no details yet. still looking forward to more dual /multi element cards. xD i dont have land tho but i will prob put my stuff on aruchard land maybe
yeah man i bot 3 accounts using xbot. it farms sb cards for me better than i can manually do it. i may give modern ago when untamed gets thrown into wild. That to me is by far the most exciting thing as well and is the start of a more fruitful and sophistacated meta with many more countless options to choose from and in human mode i think almost overwhelming which is sweet.
thats cool to know a fellow botter :D. do u get haters as well? a human mode would be nice. im playing on a scholar account all manual on that but for my own account i bot and do brawls manually. Ya agree with u on farming the sb. hopefully run a few then max them out by sending it to the main i assume? I'm also excited to get these soulbound max!
haha i think the Bot debate is dead now, we have respective modes. we should cherish both, convenience and more so manual play imo. At least you still play manually and as you said brawls still requires a non technical mind to play manually which is 98% of the user base. My two alt accounts are only bronze accounts, i rely on the main to eventually give each of the accounts missing cards to make up for at least 1 BCX, although both of the alts have higher leveled ones than that, but still lacking all the cards, especially legendaries. The main is still a ways off maxing completely. if i can max for gold league i'll be happy.
that would be great tho. or ull just have to buy to max it out? I reckon it won't be too expensive since theres a lot being printed? It's a good idea! if i was a whale i would get a name for evey account for first generation of pokemon xD and then the pokemon would only have cards from thier type. i think that would be fun.
Bot debate dead tho im not so sure lol i saw them talking about it in splinterlands chat that they want a wild human only. so 3 total leagues but i think splinterlands now focus on delivering land/ rebellion before getting to that.
anything pokemon like im all in lol. well yeah not totally dead but i just dont hear it as much as now. I like that tbh. give a human wild league and then and only then can we see how many bots are operating for sure then add 5% across the human leagues because they may have some bots there as well but just hidden. As time goes on all we've had were very much opinions and anything is subject to change so heres to hoping wild get a manual league.
O.O ya well its too late. i named some of my alts after aruchard to just meme his bot farm.
Ya human wild league will be interesting~ also waiting for them to reduce the alpha tournament rewards those are crazy as well
man this aruchard sounds like a good lad if he can help you participate in land. all about community in the end.
