Hello! This post is for Spliterlands Social Media Challenge. In this post, I will be talking about my current land status, and share my thoughts on my land journey in the future. I believe that land, in the future, will be a crucial aspect to splinterland, so I am playing it and spending more on it. It will be really fun and rewarding at the future. To fully experience the land, my primary goal is to expand the collection of my land, since I don't have a lot of it now.

Current Status

I had 5 plots last week, but I sold one at the current floor price. It was a common wood plot, so I thought it would be unnecessary to have it since I already have other wood plots, and wood is not really effective right now. With that, I was able to gain another $15 for my next land. Although I lost the Warden title, I think I would be able to regain that soon.

Currently, I have 3 active plots working, and 0 extra totem & Runi at all, which is the same. I also have around 18K staked DEC. I was able to stake some more cards using my fund.

Because I sole one of my plots, I now have plots in 3 regions.

I added some more cards at the Wood plot and the Stone plot. Mainly, I almost doubled my Stone plot since Stone is now the only resource above the PEG line. I am also thinking about removing some of the Grain production to boost my Stone production more. For Wood, I am staking that to the LP, since I would still get less DEC by selling it.

Mainly, I am keeping my Grain (for feeding), and selling Stone and staking Wood to LP plot.

Currently, Stone is giving 1.3x Value, but the value is also decreasing. Meanwhile, other resources are below grain.

Production Per Hour (DEC Value, Brackets: Last week value):

Stone is so good right now. Although Grain value has increased a little bit compared to last week, Stone is so good that it outperforms Grain now with around 1K less PP. Meanwhile, Wood is not having a good time.

I have a total revenue of +1.425 DEC per hour, which increased by 0.5 DEC compared to last week. But, I am renting more cards now, so my total net did not increase as much. At least, it still increased a little.

Resource Sustainability (All Plots Combined):

Sustainability is still YES for me. However, the raw Grain output is -13 Grain per Hour, which means that the grain plot isn't enough alone to cover the whole fee. But, since I can sell my other resources, such as Stone and Wood, I am still able to sustain myself. Also, I have plenty of Grain at the start, so it won't be a problem for some time.

Future Plans

For my Future Plans, I have lots of them. The current final goal for me is to have a functioning, and partially sustainable Aura Plot, as of Land 1.75. Of course, this would be very hard to achieve, as I currently have 0 Research and need 2 more plots(Iron, Magical). I would also need the DEC staking requirement and more Power cores. Because of this, I came up with plans for my land:

1. Buy an Iron Plot and a Magical Plot. Preferably, high rarity is good. (if price is reasonable) -->Working on it.
2. Reach 10K Research using Magical Plot's +100% --> Need another plot to start
3. Start Producing Aura, and potions & others. --> Need Research to start

Side goals:

1. 100K Dec staked / 20K SPS staked
2. 50%+ card owned by me
3. Use Totems for +10% or Buy a Runi

These are my final goals, at least for 2025. As of right now, I am focusing on the Magical Plot first, than the Iron Plot, since I can just buy Iron from the market using DEC, while I can't say the same for research, since it is soulbound. I really feel that I can complete this goal by the end of next week, though, as I am going to get some more $.

The Magical Plot went down in Price!

Hopefully I would be able to achieve this soon. Since Magical Plots dropped in price (around $2~3), I am hoping to quickly get a little bit of it.

Market

Finally, I will look (monitor) some land price of certain kinds of plots that I really want.

Floor

The floor value of all land is $15 currently. Thankfully, I was able to sell my land, which had BiB. As of right now, the lowest plot with BiB costs $3 more.

Magical

Magical plots only cost $36. This is a decrease of 1~2 dollars. Although I still don't have that much, I have currently $25 in DEC, and also staking down some of my HBD to finally buy this. After I buy this (with hopefully around the same price value), I will be looking at this next plot:

Ore Mine (Iron)

Ore Mines cost $16, but I want to make it so that the Ore plot is the same with Magical Plot. Because of this, I wanted to buy the Magical Plot, which is more expensive, first. The suitable Ore Mine for me costs around $17~$20 (same region).

Ore Mine (Iron, Rare)

If I have enough fund, I think that getting a Rare one would be better, since the 10% bonus on it is actually more than 10%, due to taxes and other stuffs. However, the price goes from $25 to $35, so I would have to be really fast.
