MATCHING TATTOOS: AN EXPRESSION OF LOVE AND LOYALTY

The idea of getting a tattoo does not really resonate with my beliefs or my personal conviction, but if in the future I decide to change my mind to getting a couples tattoo or any tattoo at all, it won't be just any kind of tattoo but one that is meaningful and has a deep connection with whoever I am doing it with. In our contemporary world, there are different reasons why people choose to get matching tattoos or individual tattoos of someone, some of which includes romantic partners, families, friendship, a dare, children's name, dates or drawings.
In essence, getting a tattoo would not just be ordinary but with someone I have a deep Bond and lasting relationship with because these days people tend to draw tattoos of people they love or admire and in the long run things fall apart and they start finding means to erase the drawings on the body and this can be painful and tasking.
One variable reason why I as a person would probably want to get a tattoo would be to create a lasting memory of someone or a family member, anything aside from this is a no for me. In essence, before I consider leaving a permanent mark on my body it will be for my husband or my immediate family. All this is so because I would want to keep meaningful memories which could be date of our wedding or when we met, names of our kids or the drawings of their face and it could also be about my dad or mom as I cherish them so much.
Just like I mentioned earlier, intelligent and matured people do not just go into a tattoo shop to draw meaningless things on their bodies but something that represents a moment or event they cherish more than anything else. Although, some people can draw for fun but still I believe it represents something somehow for them.
One thing I find annoying is some of the comedic videos we see on Facebook, where in the game of truth or dare, people are dared to draw meaningless tattoos on their bodies. There is a guy whose tattoos are so many and Scattered all over his bodies because his friends dared him to draw unnecessary stuffs all over his body for instance we had the toilet bowl, dustbin and so on.
Personally, a decision to have a matching tattoos with a person is regarded as a distinctive and a personal expression of love. Honestly, I see no other reasons why you would want to draw a person or a memorable event with a person on your body if you do not have a deep connect connection whatsoever with the person be it a friend, a mentor, an admirer or colleague etc. Also, I believe that drawing a matching tattoo is romantic as it can always represent loyalty or gratitude to someone's special.

Actually getting a tattoo is a step that should be well thought out, but when it comes to matching it with another tattoo, you have to think about it a lot more.
Thanks for your participation in the community initiative, but I must remind you that one of the rules of tattooworld is to place a minimum of 3 pictures, so I recommend you to edit the post and add the missing ones.
Yes you are right... Thanks for stopping by
Hello, good morning @henrietta27, for me the tattoo should tell a story and represent something important, because it is supposed to be an important decision that will be there forever, although it can be covered later, a tattoo is not done thinking about covering it with another.
The programs they mention seem crazy to me, I suppose that behind all that bizarre there is money that motivates them to do that.
Thank you for participating in the initiative, your cover was beautiful, remember the community standards.
Thank you
