My Holozing Investment Strategy: Time to Return to be a Liquidity Provider in the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool

+ New Rewards Sent to My Referrals

Hive-based games are one of my passions and among the game projects under development that I watch Holozing is the one in which I am most interested.

If you do not know what Holozing is, you should know that it is a Hive-based project of a Pokemon-style RPG game (Web3 enabled monster catching, training, and battling game). Development is in the Alpha stage and Holozing is not playable at this stage.

In my previous posts about Holozing I shared my considerations, my calculations, my progress in accumulating ZING tokens and Alpha Vials and my investment strategies.

Today I share my choice to return to being a liquidity provider in the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool.

In fact, before the Alpha Vials sale began, I was a liquidity provider of the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool in which I had 50.83K ZING and 268.43 SWAP.HIVE = 0.63% of Share.

After the Alpha Vials sale started, I removed all my liquidity in the pool and used the ZING tokens and all the SWAP.HIVE to buy 4 Alpha Vials out of the 8 Alpha Vials I have in my invetary on Holozing.

To purchase 8 Alpha Vials I spent in total: 801.53 HIVE

On December 25, 2024, the distribution of ZING tokens changed, and in the next image you can see the current distribution of ZING tokens according to various distribution methods.

Knowing the APR of 3 distribution methods (ZING staking, Hp delegation and Liquidity pool) is easy because the APRs are indicated in the Rewards section of Holozing.

However, the APR related to Alpha Vials and Achievements is not shown.

I have constructed a table to calculate the APR related to purchased Alpha Vials and in the next image you can see what the APR obtainable today January 14, 2025 for 1 purchased Alpha Vial is along with other useful info.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The current distribution of 200K ZING per day based on Alpha Vials sold is temporary because when Alpha Vials can be opened the distribution of ZING tokens will be based only on the items contained in the Alpha Vials based on their rarity.

So the distribution methods that have the highest APR are:

Collection Rewards (Alpha Vials) -> APR: 121.62%.
Liquidity Pool -> APR: 56.28%

These will be the two distribution methods that I will focus on most in my investment strategy on Holozing.

After the change in the distribution of ZING tokens I started unstaking my ZING tokens with the goal of adding them into the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool.

Today in my Hive Engine wallet I had 45721 ZING liquid and 29650 ZING staked.

I converted half of 45721 ZING to 54.56 SWAP.HIVE.

Then I added liquidity into the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool.

So I am returned a liquidity provider in the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool.
I have a share = 0.193%
I will receive an estimated daily reward = 77,204 ZING

I will continue unstaking my ZING tokens to add liquidity to the pool.
The ZING tokens I will receive as a reward for being a liquidity provider I will convert to SWAP.HIVE to purchase 2 more Alpha Vials and reach my purchase goal for Alpha Vials.

When it will be possible to purchase Healers I will remove the cash from the pool to purchase Healers that will be important items in the game.

Obviously my choice to add liquidity into the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool is not financial advice.

The main risk of a liquidity pool is the impermanent loss!

If you have never invested in a liquidity pool I recommend that you study and learn about the mechanisms that govern a liquidity pool before you invest!

In the time interval December 27, 2024 - January 14, 2025:

HIVE: +0.172$ = +51.96%
ZING (Highest Bid Value): *0.0004683$ = -31.76%
ZING (Lowest Ask Value): -0.0002608$ = -16.63%

Gli Hive based games sono una delle mie passioni e tra i progetti di giochi in fase di sviluppo che seguo Holozing è quello in cui sono più interessato.

Se non conosci cos'è Holozing devi sapere che è un progetto Hive-based di un gioco RPG stile Pokemon (Web3 enabled monster catching, training, and battling game). Lo sviluppo è nella fase Alpha e Holozing non è giocabile in questa fase.

Nei miei precedenti post su Holozing ho condiviso le mie considerazioni, i miei calcoli, i miei progressi nell'accumulo dei token ZING e degli Alpha Vials e le mie strategie di investimento.

Oggi condivido la mia scelta di ritornare ad essere un liquidity provider nella pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE.

Infatti prima dell'inizio della vendita degli Alpha Vials ero un liquidity provider della pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE in cui avevo 50.83K ZING e 268.43 SWAP.HIVE = 0.63% di Share.

Dopo l'inizio della vendita degli Alpha Vials ho rimosso tutta la mia liquidità nella pool e ho utilizzato i token ZING e tutti gli SWAP.HIVE per acquistare 4 Alpha Vials degli 8 Alpha Vials che ho nel mio invetario su Holozing.

Per acquistare 8 Alpha Vials ho speso in totale: 801.53 HIVE

Il 25 dicembre 2024 è cambiata la distribuzione dei token ZING e nella prossima immagine puoi vedere la distribuzione attuale dei token ZING in base ai vari metodi di distribuzione.

Conoscere l'APR di 3 metodi di distribuzione (ZING staking, Hp delegation e Liquidity pool) è facile perchè gli APR sono indicati nella sezione Rewards di Holozing.

Non è invece indicato l'APR relativo agli Alpha Vials e agli Achievements.

Per il calcolo dell'APR relativo agli Alpha Vials acquistati ho costruito una tabella per calcolarlo e nella prossima immagine puoi vedere qual'è l'APR ottenibile oggi 14 gennaio 2025 per 1 Alpha Vial acquistato insieme ad altre informazioni utili.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: La distribuzione attuale di 200K ZING al giorno in base agli Alpha Vials venduti è temporanea perchè quando sarà possibile aprire gli Alpha Vials la distribuzione dei token ZING si baserà solo sugli elementi contenuti negli Alpha Vials in base alla loro rarità.

Quindi i metodi di distribuzione che hanno gli APR più alti sono:

Collection Rewards (Alpha Vials) -> APR: 121.62%
Liquidity Pool -> APR: 56.28%

Questi saranno i due metodi di distribuzione su cui mi focalizzerò maggiormente nella mia strategia di investimento su Holozing.

Dopo il cambio nella distribuzione dei token ZING ho iniziato l'unstaking dei miei token ZING con l'obiettivo di aggiungerli nella pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE.

Oggi nel mio Hive Engine wallet avevo 45721 ZING liquidi e 29650 ZING staked.

Ho convertito la metà di 45721 ZING in 54.56 SWAP.HIVE

Poi ho aggiunto liquidità nella pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE

Sono ritornato un liquidity provider nella pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE
Ho uno share = 0.193%
Riceverò una ricompensa stimata giornaliera = 77.204 ZING

Continuerò a fare l'unstaking dei miei token ZING per aggiungere liquidità alla pool.
I token ZING che riceverò come ricompensa per essere un liquidity provider li convertirò in SWAP.HIVE per acquistare altri 2 Alpha Vials e raggiungere il mio obiettivo di acquisto per gli Alpha Vials.

Quando sarà possibile acquistare gli Healers toglierò la liquidità dalla pool per acquistare gli Healers che saranno elementi importanti nel gioco.

Ovviamente la mia scelta di aggiungere liquidità nella pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE non è un consiglio finanziario.

Il rischio principale di una liquidity pool è l'impermanent loss!

Se non hai mai investito in una liquidity pool ti consiglio di studiare e di conoscere i meccanismi che governano una liquidity pool prima di investire!
