An Evening Portrait for Holozing

Aquí estoy de nuevo, su amigo Emja, con un nuevo dibujito para Holozing. Esta vez me animé a dibujar a uno de los personajes femeninos, pero no en una pose de acción, sino en un retrato tipo foto, con el fondo de un atardecer. Quería que la imagen se viera tranquila y relajada, con esos colores serenos y cálidos.

Here I am again, your friend Emja, with a new drawing for Holozing. This time, I decided to draw one of the female characters, not in an action pose, but in a portrait style, with a sunset in the background. I wanted the image to look peaceful and relaxed, with those calm and warm colors.

Para este dibujo, me puse a buscar referencias del personaje en internet, viendo otros trabajos para inspirarme. No quise hacerle el pelo exactamente igual, así que lo cambié un poco, y también le quité parte de su vestuario para darle un toque diferente. El resultado, la verdad, me encantó.

For this drawing, I looked for character references online, checking out other works for inspiration. I didn't want to make her hair exactly the same, so I changed it a bit, and I also removed part of her outfit to give it a different feel. The result, honestly, I loved.

Después de un buen rato, me dediqué a terminar el boceto para luego pulir el lineart y hacer unas correcciones pequeñas. Por ejemplo, el cuello me había quedado muy largo, pero lo arreglé fácil. Luego, me puse a buscar paletas de colores y elegí una de un personaje al atardecer. Para el pelo blanco, busqué otra paleta que combinara bien. Con eso, le di el toque final a este dibujo

After a while, I focused on finishing the sketch to refine the line art and make a few small corrections. For example, the neck had turned out too long, but I fixed it easily. Then, I looked for color palettes and chose one from a character at sunset. For the white hair, I found another palette that would combine well. With that, I gave the final touch to this drawing.
