Un placer saludarlos nuevamente, el día de hoy me dedique ha hacer un trabajo mas tradicional, una pizarra pintada para el pequeño negocio de una amiga, quien vende el mejor café de Chabasquén, el rubro mas exportado por el pueblo siempre de la mejor calidad y también miel pura de abejas traídas también del pueblo; a continuación les mostrare un poco del procedo de dibujo y pintado de esta cartelera, espero que les guste.

A pleasure to greet you again, today I dedicated myself to do a more traditional work, a painted blackboard for the small business of a friend, who sells the best coffee of Chabasquen, the most exported item by the people always of the best quality and also pure honey from bees also brought from the village; next I will show you a little of the drawing and painting process of this billboard, I hope you like it.

Comencé con la palabra abierto en la pequeña pizarra en la parte superior, lo primero que hice fue medir para ubicar la palabra en todo el espacio y luego me dedique a elegir una tipografía bonita y luego la dibuje usando un lápiz blanco y usando un delineador blanco contornee todas las letras, y luego rellene usando un pincel plano y una vez que estuvo seca la pintura use un trapo húmedo para borrar los restos de lápiz de color blanco restantes fuera de la área pintada.

I started with the word open on the small chalkboard at the top, the first thing I did was to measure to place the word in the whole space and then I went about choosing a nice font and then I drew it using a white pencil and using a white liner I outlined all the letters, and then I filled in using a flat brush and once the paint was dry I used a damp rag to erase the remaining white pencil residue outside the painted area.

Con esta pequeña prueba comencé por la parte mas seria, al igual en en la parte superior lo primero fue ubicar la parte central de la cartelera y marcar las lineas guías, en esta zona debía dibujar el logo de su propio café el cual se llama "Café Chabasquencito" y debajo el segundo producto que vende y por ultimo su numero de contacto.

El logo consta de la palabra café con forma ovalada, seguida de la palabra Chabasquencito, diminutivo del nombre del pueblo y también nombre de uno de los ríos que bordea el pueblo, esta palabra con forma de arco hacia abajo. hecho el encajado de las letras procedí entonces a dibujar y pintar.

With this small test I started with the most serious part, as in the upper part the first thing was to locate the central part of the billboard and mark the guide lines, in this area I had to draw the logo of their own coffee which is called “Café Chabasquencito” and below it the second product they sell and finally their contact number.

The logo consists of the word coffee with an oval shape, followed by the word Chabasquencito, diminutive of the name of the town and also the name of one of the rivers that borders the town, this word in the shape of an arc downwards. Once the letters had been fitted together I proceeded to draw and paint.

Las letras correspondientes a la palabra Café llevan un degradado de rojo a amarillo, pero en primer lugar decidí colorearlo de blanco para darle una base y fuese mas cubriente las siguientes capas de color, estaba algo insegura porque tengo un buen tiempo que no hago degradados de color en técnica tradicional, comencé colocando en primer lugar el color mas claro, el amarillo y con paciencia fui añadiendo el segundo color y haciendo las mezclas de color para crear una transición suave de color, pero sentí que estuvo bien cubierto solo hasta la tercera capa de color.

The letters corresponding to the word Café have a gradient from red to yellow, but first I decided to color it in white to give it a base and to make the following layers of color more covering, I was a little unsure because I haven't done color gradients in traditional technique for a long time, I started by placing the lightest color first, the yellow and with patience I was adding the second color and doing the color mixtures to create a smooth transition of color, but I felt it was well covered only until the third layer of color.

Pero mientras dejaba secar entre capa y capa el degradado, dibuje y pinte el resto de contenido de la pizarra, la palabra miel y el numero de teléfono de contacto de la tienda, la cual escribí usando el mismo tipo de letras que use en la pizarrita superior y por ultimo para finalizar la petición de amiga decidí delinear la palabra CAFÉ con blanco para despegarlo un poco del fondo.

But while I let the gradient dry between coats, I drew and painted the rest of the content of the board, the word honey and the contact phone number of the store, which I wrote using the same type of letters that I used on the top board and finally to finish the friend request I decided to outline the word COFFEE with white to take it a little off the background.

Aunque allí no termino mi trabajo sentía que algo faltaba, así que consulte con mi amiga la posibilidad de hacer algunos dibujos de granos de café tostado o quizás algunas ramas de café en flor o con frutos y ella me dio libertad creativa para hacer lo que creyera conveniente, así lo hice dibujando los granos y luego unas cuantas ramas con granos.

Although my work was not finished there, I felt that something was missing, so I consulted with my friend about the possibility of making some drawings of roasted coffee beans or perhaps some branches of coffee in flower or with fruits and she gave me creative freedom to do whatever I thought was convenient, so I did it by drawing the beans and then a few branches with beans.

Y este ha sido el resultado de este día tan productivo, me encanto y se que a mi amiga también le gusto mucho su pizarra y esta emocionada por usarlo y atraer a mas compradores a su emprendimiento, por mi parte estoy muy feliz que haya confiado en mi para realizar su pizarra, ahora quiero una para mi y organizarme con un cronograma de mis días.

And this has been the result of this very productive day, I loved it and I know that my friend also liked her board and is excited to use it and attract more buyers to her business, I am very happy that she trusted me to make her board, now I want one for me and organize myself with a schedule of my days.
