Hoy les presento otro de mis kits favoritos para bordar con estambre, escogí este modelo porque me pareció todo muy simbólico excelente para transmutar mis últimas vivencias.
El kit viene con su lienzo pintado para que lo bordes rellenando los espacios con cada color, sin embargo me pareció algunos colores no concuerdan con el paisaje y lo cambié, también agregué unas aves pues me faltaba el símbolo de la libertad.
Elegí este paisaje porque siempre hay una luz en medio de la oscuridad, en medio de la tempestad, el faro no está solo, tiene un hogar al lado, el mar está en calma luego que pasara todo y el barco al que le cambié los colores para que se viera más como un barco, luce pasible y tranquilo, las aves son el símbolo de la libertad en medio de un cielo azul claro, sereno y despejado. Greetings community!
Today I present another of my favorite kits for embroidery with yarn, I chose this model because I found it all very symbolic and excellent to transmute my last experiences.
The kit comes with a painted canvas for you to fill in the spaces with each color, however I found some colors do not match the landscape and I changed it, I also added some birds because I was missing the symbol of freedom.
I chose this landscape because there is always a light in the middle of the darkness, in the middle of the storm, the lighthouse is not alone, it has a home next to it, the sea is calm after everything happened and the ship that I changed the colors to look more like a ship, looks passable and calm, the birds are the symbol of freedom in the middle of a clear blue sky, serene and clear. I hope you like it.

Paso a paso / Step by Step
Step 1️⃣/ Paso 1️⃣

Selecciona el área que vas a bordar y elige el color que corresponde, enhebra la agua y realiza un nudo en el extremo final, luego ve rellenando el espacio correspondiendo siguiendo la cuadrícula.
Trabajo de forma ordenada, primero el área marrón (punta del faro, pate del barco, la casa y la tierra) Luego relleno la sección de color blanco del faro y seguido de la sección de color rojo.
Siempre que terminamos un color volteamos y hacemos un nudo discreto por la parte de atrás.

Select the area to be embroidered and choose the corresponding color, thread the water and tie a knot at the end, then fill in the corresponding space following the grid.
I work in an orderly fashion, first the brown area (tip of the lighthouse, the boat, the house and the land), then I fill in the white section of the lighthouse followed by the red section.
Whenever we finish a color we flip and tie a discreet knot on the back.

Me relajé bastante con esta actividad. Tanto que me quedé dormida un par de veces con el trabajo en la mano ¡Recordé a mi madre! Ahora la entiendo perfectamente.
Continuó rellenando lo que sería la parte del follaje y cambié de color el barco.

I relaxed quite a bit with this activity. So much so that I fell asleep a couple of times with my work in my hand. I remembered my mother! I understand her perfectly now.

Cada cuanto me detengo a estirar la tela, porque hay algunos hilos que son muy gruesos y fruncen un poco.
ya solo falta rellenar el fondo del diseño.

Every now and then I stop to stretch the fabric, because there are some threads that are very thick and pucker a little.
The only thing left to do now is to fill in the bottom of the design.
Step 4️⃣/ paso 4️⃣

Mientras no compro un marco, usaré el que trae el kit.
Usaré la bolsita de plástico para protegerlo del polvo.
Con ayuda del silicón caliente, pegamos el marco.

As long as I don't buy a frame, I will use the one that comes with the kit.
I will use the plastic bag to protect it from dust.

Beautiful work, requiring a lot of patience but also full of colour and emotion from landscapes and experiences. Just as you have created this symbolic embroidery bringing back memories, it took me back to my time as a secondary school student, where in one of the subjects we did embroidery with yarn but without a pre-drawn design, we did it ourselves.
You also changed some things, such as adding birds and some colours, and it turned out perfectly, much better than the original design. It's also great therapy; some people find embroidery very relaxing and it distracts the mind. I loved the result. Big hug!
