Bandana creativa, muy fácil de hacer [Esp/Eng]

Holis, ¿qué tal, amigos? ¿Cómo están? ¿Cómo va esa semana? Gracias a Dios, mañana viernes chiquito para que se venga este deseado fin de semana de descanso; por aquí todo muy bien, espero de corazón que por allá también.

Saben que aquí estamos principiantes en costura buscando cositas lindas que hacer; sin embargo, con todo lo que han sido los vestidos para Jade, he tenido muchos retazos y hoy estaba buscando qué podía hacer con todos esos retazos que tenía, así que busqué algo que hacer con ellos.

You know that we're beginners at sewing here, looking for cute little things to make. However, with all the dresses I've made for Jade, I've ended up with lots of scraps, and today I was looking for something to do with all those scraps, so I looked for something to make with them.

Mi retazo tenía medidas de 43 cm de largo por 25 cm de ancho; usé este color además porque puede ser combinado con cualquier tipo de ropa, aunque se puede hacer del color de tu preferencia.

My piece measured 43 cm long by 25 cm wide; I used this colour because it can be combined with any type of clothing, although you can use any colour you prefer.

Una vez que los tenemos, vamos a doblar y ajustar con alfileres para que no se muevan al momento de coser; te recomiendo siempre asegurarlo si eres principiante como yo y, si no lo eres, también.

Once we have them, we are going to fold and pin them so that they do not move when sewing; I recommend always securing them if you are a beginner like me, and even if you are not.

Aquí ya lo teníamos todo cocido; quise coserlo con hilo blanco, una porque sabía que la costura quedaría por dentro y no se notaría la costura y dos porque si lo hacía con hilo negro, este paso no se iba a notar, y una vez que lo terminamos, le damos la vuelta a la tela.

Here we had everything ready; I wanted to sew it with white thread, firstly because I knew that the seam would be on the inside and would not be noticeable, and secondly because if I used black thread, this step would not be noticeable. Once we had finished, we turned the fabric over.

Okey, aquí comienza toda la magia. En el primer paso pueden ver cómo se mira la costura, pero solo tomé esta foto para que vean cómo se miraban y que el hilo blanco no se notaba. ¿Qué pasa? Volteamos a la parte donde no está la costura y pegamos así, tal y como se observa en la imagen, punta con punta. Una vez que lo tenemos así, viene el procedimiento delicado.

Okay, this is where the magic begins. In the first step, you can see what the seam looks like, but I only took this photo so you could see how they looked and that the white thread wasn't noticeable. What happens next? We turn to the part where there is no seam and stick them together like this, as shown in the image, tip to tip. Once we have them like this, the delicate procedure begins.

Subimos una punta que quede arriba asi tal cual quede una mas arriba que la otra.

We raise one end so that it is higher than the other.

Esa punta que queda por arriba vamos a pasarla para la parte izquierda de tal manera que queda doblada totalmente como se observa en la imagen.

We are going to pass that tip that remains on top to the left side so that it is completely folded, as shown in the image.

Y la punta que queda abajo la vamos a pasar para el lado derecho y de esta manera va a quedar como en la siguiente imagen todo pegado.

And we are going to pass the tip that is at the bottom to the right side, and this way it will look like the following image, with everything stuck together.

Cuando ya lo tenemos cosemos, en esta parte yo lo cocí varías veces para que estuviera bien asegurado ya que este sería nuestro soporte.

Once we have it, we sew it. In this part, I sewed it several times to make sure it was secure, as this would be our support.

Una vez que ya cosemos volteamos y asi de lindo queda, a mi la verdad me encanto muchísimo como se veía creo que ahora haré con más colores y tambien me sirve para maquillarme y para mi skin care de verdad que es bastante util y se ven asi de lindos como a mi pequeña sobrina en la siguiente imagen, si no tenías en que gastar tus retasos aqui tienes un truco ¡Saludos!

Once we've sewn it, we turn it inside out and it looks this pretty. I really loved how it turned out. I think I'll make some more in different colours. It's also useful for applying my make-up and for my skin care routine. It's really quite useful and they look as pretty as my little niece in the following picture.
