Today I bring you a new piece of art. I wanted to combine colors and flowers, creating a multicolored necklace pendant decorated with small tulips, leaves, and crystals, using my favorite technique, quilling, as always.

Para hoy les traigo un nuevo trabajo de arte, quise combinar colores y flores, consiguiendo en esta creación un dije para collar multicolor decorado con pequeños tulipanes, hojas y cristales, como siempre utilizando la técnica que amo como es el quilling.

• To make the base of the pendant, I took quilling strips of different colors. I started with a 3mm wide yellow strip, rolled it onto the needle until it was finished, then continued with a pink strip, rolled it until it was finished, followed by red, apple green, grass green, aquamarine, and finished with black.

• Before sealing with extra-strong white glue, I inserted a jewelry ring and finished winding the black ribbon. I sealed it with glue and removed it from the needle, thus obtaining a closed multicolored circle.

• To protect my base, I applied several layers of extra-strong white glue, allowing each layer to dry between applications to harden, laminate, and add some shine to the charm.

• Para realizar la base del dije procedí a tomar cintas pará quilling de diversos colores, comencé con cinta amarilla de 3mm de ancho, enrolle en la aguja hasta finalizar con la misma, luego seguí con cinta rosa, enrollé hasta finalizar con la misma, segui con roja, verde manzana, verde grama, aguamarina y finalicé con cinta negra.

• Antes de sellar con pega blanca extra fuerte introduje una argolla de bisutería y terminé de enrollar la cinta negra, sellé con el pegamento y saqué de la aguja, de esta manera obtendremos un círculo cerrado multicolor. .

• Para proteger mi base, apliqué varias capaz de pega blanca extra fuerte, dejando secar entre una capa y otra, esto para endurecer, plastificar y darle algo de brillo al dije.

• To decorate the base, I decided to make some small tulips. I took some yellow ribbon 3 mm wide and made three small open circles with the needle.

• Using the same method, I made three more circles in pink and another three in red. I then shaped these circles into teardrops, tilting the one on the left slightly in that direction at the tip, leaving the one in the middle straight, and tilting the one on the right slightly to the right. To form the tulips, I glued them in groups of three, as you can see in the image.

• Once my tulips were ready, I glued them to one side of the multicolored central base I had made. You can glue them in any way you like.

• Para decorar la base decidí hacer unos pequeños tulipanes, tomé cinta de color amarilla de 3mm de ancho y realicé 3 pequeños círculos abiertos con la aguja.

• Bajo los mismos parámetros anteriores realicé 3 círculos más de color rosa y otros 3 de color rojo, estos círculos procedí a moldear los en forma de gotas, el del lado izquierdo lo incline un poco en esa dirección en la punta, el del medio lo deje derecho y el de la derecha lo incline un poco a la derecha. Para formar los tulipanes pegué en grupos de tres tal y como pueden ver en la imagen.

• Listos mis tulipanes pegué en un lado de la base central multicolor que realicé. Puedes pegarlos de la forma que desees.

• I made some small open circles in grass green and shaped them into leaves.

• I made other smaller closed circles in apple green. I placed these other pieces on the pendant as I liked to continue decorating and complementing it.

• To finish off the details, I took some jewelry crystals and glued them in the middle of the tulips and in other places on the pendant.

This is how I finished this multicolored necklace pendant decorated with tulips, using the quilling technique.

• Realicé algunos pequeños círculos abiertos de color verde grama y los moldee en forma de hojas.

• Realicé otros círculos cerrados más pequeños de color verde manzana. Estás otras piezas las coloqué a mi gusto en el dije para seguir decorando y complementando.

• Para finalizar con los detalles, tomé cristales de bisutería los pegué en medio de los tulipanes y en otros puntos del dije.

De esta manera finalice este dije para collar multicolor decorado con tulipanes, en la técnica de quilling.
