9 de febrero Día Mundial de la pizza/February 9 World Pizza Day [ESP/ENG]

Es una comida que nació en Italia, nace en unir varios ingredientes sobre todo la salsa de tomate y el queso en una masa preparada, en el que la combinación de los mismos nace un sabor agradable, presentación diferente y exquisita para muchos, claro con los años ha evolucionado sus sabores, pero en esencia permanece igual, dando así una comida fácil de elaborar y llevar a los hogares como comida rápida.

Es interesante como su sabor cautivo desde el momento en que se consume y lo bueno es que se puede comer como almuerzo, cena hasta algunos les gusta en el desayuno jeje, sus sabores son una delicia en el paladar, algunos le agregan hasta piña que en lo particular no es de mucho agrado jeje, prefiero lo tradicional con jamón, queso y salsa, o a veces con salchichón, maíz también me gusta que le agreguen, es una riqueza para el paladar.

Lo curioso es que desde el 2017 cada 9 de febrero se celebra su día, debido a la popularidad que ha tomado, no solo en lo que uno siempre dice que es Italia, que ahí es tradicional comer pizza, sino que en varios rincones del mundo se ha vuelto tan popular que ha sido inevitable no festejarle su día, conmemorando su versatilidad de sabores, la forma de prepararse y la presentación tan sencilla de poder asimilar con gustosidad, es una comida que puede gustar desde los más pequeños hasta los adultos.

Se volvió un patrimonio para la humanidad, ya que en la mayoría todos hacen y consumen la pizza, lo que varía es realmente sus ingredientes pero pese a ello su esencia sigue siendo la misma, y su presentación en forma redonda picada en triángulos es algo que no puede faltar, realmente me gusto hablar de este efeméride e porque lo que es a mi hijo y a mí como mencione antes nos encanta mucho cada cierto tiempo nos gusta disfrutar, vamos a dos lugares que nos encantan como la preparan en uno más tostada y en otra más esponjosa pero a la final una pizza de calidad, diríamos que es nuestra comida preferida, aquella que nos saca de la zona de confort en donde siempre preparamos en la casa y listo, nos permite tener un momento diferente y pasar un rato comiendo lo que nos gusta.
