Let's make a milkmaid gown with a v neck line

Decided to Create a different style today, a milkmaid short gown with v neck line

I went to the market, got a material, came back home, and decided to start working on this particular dress.
As usual, I began by inserting the basic measurements and then cut out the front part.
I cut it in the form of a corset because it was an underburst milkmaid gown.

After cutting the front, I removed the corset piece and divided it into two parts, going from the underburst up toward the shoulder.
But I didn’t cut all the way through the shoulder, I stopped just before it.

Next, I moved on to the back. I inserted the basic measurements and did the usual neckline cut, giving it a high neck shape.

You remember I mentioned that I had already cut the cup area earlier, which means I was left with just the part from the underburst to the waistline of the dress. From the style, the area needs bonny to make it looks fine,
So, I cut a straight strip of fabric (about half an inch wide), made it as long as I needed, sewed it straight, and then inserted the boning inside.

From there, I moved on to the lower part of the dress, which was a pleated design.
I cut the fabric in a straight line, measured my desired length and did the pleating just the way I wanted, and it turned out really well exactly how I imagined it.
For the sleeves, I used the usual sleeve cutting method.
But this time, I made the sleeve a bit bigger than the armhole measurements because I wanted to insert elastic into the sleeve.
That gave the sleeve a nice, gathered look.

Finally, I attached the zipper, did the threaming and gave the dress a nice ironing and that was it
The final result came out beautiful

Beautiful dress, love the material..
Wish you shared more detailed process of how you sew the sleeves the zipper and how you emerged to the full dress at the end.
P.S:It's been 10 days since you make comments on other people's post..
