The Mindset I Clung to That Quietly Burned Me Out
Change is one of those particular aspects that happen in our life everyday and it is something that we can't actually please stopping by enemy and it is always going to be happening in some all the other way as we are never going to be staying the same forever as there will be new factors which we have to be getting influenced by and a lot of other things as well that will make us bound to change in some more the other way.
However even after knowing all of these particular things one of the most natural response to any kind of change from how a side is definitely going to be trying to resist it in some other way it is done in an incentive manner has well because one of the primary thing that we try to do this to stay the same as well because it is always something that feels safer than trying something new that we have not ever done before.
But at the same time we need to understand the fact that changes are necessary things in our life as we have to be constantly changing things which are not working the way which we intend them to or even implementing new things that we have never done to keep growing along with we should also be letting go of a lot of things that are actually not been beneficial to as anymore.
And once I change that, I registered quite a lot before eventually actually changing it as a whole, it is definitely going to be my own habit of estimating the amount of words that I have with the ability of being productive and more specifically being constantly productive, to be actually the biggest factor that is going to be the main aspect to measure my worth. It was always one of those particular things that was in my mind that I used to feel that if I am busy, I am definitely going to be more valuable.
One of the things that I understood about our own behaviour of resisting any kind of change is definitely going to be above the fact that it of cause feels safe to be staying in the same bubble which has been working for us for a long period of time and it is always a lot more comfortable as it has been giving us that particular state of structure which we have been habituated for such a long period of time and letting that go instantly does not same to be and easy thing to be done from our side.
For me that particular perspective of being valuable if I am constantly doing something did actually got implemented within my own mindset from a very long period of time and because of that I always try to be doing something do that could be any activity which was of even writing or reading books as a kid and as I grew up the things I did changed but the thoughts remained the same and I always used to feel let it is being productive if I am doing something and once I am not doing something it is definitely going to be making me feel that I am wasting time if I am not involved in something.
Resisting any kind of change is definitely going to be showing its own challenges after a particular point of time as it can be in the form of not been able to grow any more or it can also be costing us our own emotions as well which is something that actually happened with me as well because there were a lot of days when I was actually giving in a lot of effort into many things as I was doing something or the other all the day but at the end of the day I was not getting any kind of positive results as well which is something that made me question the whole scenario as a whole.
Eventually it made me feel uncomfortable as well because I was not able to actually get the things that I wanted to even though I was doing a lot and that is when it actually made me feel that I definitely need to be changing certain things and it actually initiated with my own mindset which was of being constantly involved in something which is something that will be measuring my productivity and the worth that I carry which is something that is definitely not making sense.
Slowly the things that I used to have a very strong faith in including that particular mind set started to actually change in a very gradual Malan and it was a particular point when I understood that it was needed to be done and that is when he started to give it up and actually got in world in things only when it was needed and also involved in the particular things that I was needed to be involved in and this selective decision making actually made a lot of difference.
However accepting any kind of change is definitely not easy which is something that happened with me as well because every single time that I was not doing something I got the thoughts of wasting time and not be productive but it was a particular time when I was actually shifting from a different perspective to a new one and it is actually a particular journey which I did travel and eventually succeeded in doing so.
Letting go off that mind set and changing the whole scenario definitely did not make my life a lot more different in a single line but it surely give me a lot of clarity that I needed at that point of time in my life and after that point onwards I never give up on that particular third process and even never believed in the fact that doing something all the time is going to be necessary to be valuable as well.

Letting go of some certain things won't entirely solve or end things relatively or not. But that clarification and comprehension is now made. The rate of it repetition is now lesser than before. @sayu907
Indeed, nothing guarantees a solution but we can surely try things to reach a different outcome.
