When God warned me against danger!

Greetings friends!

Yesterday I found myself in a great trouble. I was about to go on a journey when God warned me not to go there. Later I found that the bus I was about to take met with an accident. I thanked God. I also asked Him why he didn't warned me when I was going to see my would be wife for the first time.

God replied that He had sent warnings in many ways. When I was going to meet her, there was a thunder storm all around. Later my car got a puncture. Then a bull attacked my car near her home. Those were the signs which God had given me but I didn't care about them. Oh! I was accusing God for my misfortune but he had helped me a lot in many ways. I was foolish enough not to pay attention on what God was telling me. God is great!

Haha, usually our recklessness and carelessness are the reason we get into trouble.

Hmmm!! Many times when God warns us, I have noticed from my own life that we can become too familiar with Him. Even when He speaks, we think it is just a normal thought or a natural occurrence. Instead of following His direction, we go ahead and do things in our own way, even though He has already sent a warning.

But because of His love and mercy, God still finds a way to pull us back to the right path. Even when something bad is about to happen, He still steps in and saves us. That is when I remember that He has been speaking to me all along. He keeps sending the message again and again, but our familiar attitude makes us ignore Him.

One day in my school room, I felt a strong urge to stand up from the bed and go out of the room. The urge was so strong, but I kept arguing with it. I was still rolling on the bed and refusing to move. Suddenly, something stung me on my belly, just like an ant. I jumped up immediately and ran to the door because the room was dark and there was no light. At the door, I opened my cloth to check my body to be sure it was not an insect that would keep moving around and stinging me again.

As I was checking myself, the next thing I heard was a loud sound. A very huge part of the ceiling dropped straight on my bed, exactly where I had been lying down. It was very heavy and the whole room was filled with dust. I stood at the door shivering.

At that moment, I knew God had been speaking to me and I refused to answer. He then used a sensation like the sting of an ant to push me out of the room. I responded by running out, and the evil occurrence still happened, but God saved me from it. If I had remained stubborn on the bed, still checking my belly slowly or still assuming nothing would happen, that ceiling would have dropped on me. Only God knows what would have happened.
