14th Polish League Actifit (#POLIAC) - Day 1 Schedule
It's high time for another season of #POLIAC. Everyone could use a little more activity during the holidays. Following the pattern of recent seasons, I have envisaged only one round, meaning everyone will only have one chance to beat their rival. The experience of the last two seasons proves that a shorter season is more surprising and unpredictable. Last season @flaxz defended the title, will he be able to repeat that success this time? We will soon find out, as the new season starts on the 14th of July 2023.
[POL] Najwyższa pora na kolejny sezon #POLIAC. Każdemu przyda się trochę więcej aktywności podczas wakacji. Wzorem ostatnich sezonów przewidziałem tylko jedną rundę, czyli każdy będzie miał tylko jedną szansę pokonać rywala. Doświadczenie dwóch ostatnich sezonów dowodzi, że krótszy sezon jestbardziej zaskakujący i nieprzewidywalny. W ostatnim sezonie @flaxz obronił tytuł, czy tym razem uda się mu powtórzyć ten sukces? Szybko się przekonamy, bo nowy sezon startuje 14-tego lipca 2023.

The tournament rules remain unchanged. The Golden League and Silver League will each have 20 participants, who will compete in one-on-one duels every day for 19 days. The winner of a duel receives 3 points and the loser receives zero points. In the event of a tie, each receives one point.
Zasady turnieju pozostają bez zmian. W Golden League i Silver League rywalizuje po 20 uczestników, którzy codziennie przez 19 dni będą rywalizować w pojedynkach każdy z każdym. Zwycięzca pojedynku otrzymuje 3 pkt, a przegrany zero. W przypadku remisu każdy otrzymuje po 1 pkt.
As in previous seasons participation is without any entry fee, the prize pool for the next season is being collected during this season, however if anyone would like to contribute to the prize pool it is as always welcome. For my part, I will be donating 55 HBD and 18000 AFIT to the prize pool. In each round, the users with the best score from each of the two leagues and the losers with the best score will each receive 100 AFIT. The HBD prize pool will be distributed to the top 10 in each league as follows:
Podobnie jak w poprzednich sezonach udział w rozgrywkach jest bez żadnych opłat wpisowych, pula nagród do kolejnego sezonu zbierana jest w trakcie trwania tego sezonu, jednakże gdyby ktoś chciał dorzucić się do puli nagród to jest to jak zawsze mile widziane. Ze swojej strony przekaże do puli nagród 55 HBD i 18000 AFIT. W każdej kolejce użytkownicy, z każdej z dwóch lig, którzy uzyskają najlepszy wynik oraz przegrani z najlepszym wynikiem otrzymają każdorazowo 100 AFIT. Pula nagród HBD zostanie rozdzielona między 10 najlepszych w każdej lidze w następujący sposób:
GOLDEN LEAGUE - 50 HBD
(I place - 5 HBD; II place - 4,5 HBD; III place - 4 HBD; IV place - 3,5 HBD; ...; X place 0,5 HBD)
SILVER LEAGUE - 50 HBD
(I place - 5 HBD; II place - 4,5 HBD; III place - 4 HBD; IV place - 3,5 HBD; ...; X place 0,5 HBD)
The two worst participants in the Golden League drop directly to the Silver League. In their place, the two best participants from the Silver League are promoted. The players who finish 17th and 18th in the GL will play two bar play matches against the 3rd and 4th placed SL players respectively. The winners of the two matches will play in the Golden League the following season, while the losers will play in the Silver League. While it is true that you cannot be relegated from the Silver League anywhere lower, the players who occupy the last two places must expect to have to fight in the barracks against the candidates to join. Currently, @alfazmalek02, who is waiting for a rival in the barracks to play in the 15th season of the POLIAC, has applied for participation.
Dwóch najgorszych uczestników w Golden League spada bezpośrednio do Silver League. Na ich miejsce awansuje dwóch najlepszych uczestników z Silver League. Zawodnicy, którzy zakończą rywalizację na miejscach 17 i 18 w GL rozegrają dwa mecze barażowe z odpowiednio 3 i 4 zawodnikiem SL. Zwycięscy dwumeczu zagrają w kolejnym sezonie w Golden League, natomiast przegrani zagrają w Silver League. Z Silver League co prawda nie można spaść nigdzie niżej, ale zawodnicy, którzy zajmą ostatnie 2-4 miejsca muszą się liczyć z koniecznością walki w barażach z kandydatami do dołączenia. Aktualnie chęć udziału zgłosił @alfazmalek02, który czeka na rywala w barażach o grę w 15 sezonie POLIAC.
For the first time, @davidthompson57 and @chichi18 will play matches in the GL, while @ptaku and @practicaleric have returned to the GL after one season in the lower division.
[POL] Po raz pierwszy mecze w GL rozgrywać będą @davidthompson57 i @chichi18, @ptaku i @practicaleric powrócili natomiast do GL po jednym sezonie w niższej klasie rozgrywek.

Since Actifit allows the publication of the "day after" I have no problem with that at all.
With people from all over the world, from different time zones, taking part in the game, it is normal that requiring the publication of the report on the same day would give an advantage to participants from western time zones.
In a duel between a Filipino and an American, it would be the second before he left home in the morning who would have information on his rival's performance and how many steps he needs to take to beat him.
Very true. Going into the details that far takes the fun away from the game, but where there is a competition and prizes to be won, there will be people trying to game the rules.
I’m not very competitive person, but I do like to be involved in group activities, as it’s fun 🤩 I’ll try not to get too much into the details and just do what I do every day - get some activity in every day for the sake of my physical and mental health ☺️
