Entertainment is one factor that i engage to relieve stress and forget some life's challenges,apart from hanging out with friends.I enjoy watching movies as much as reading,but in most cases i tend to watch movie when stressed because reading at that point is another stress to my brain,so in other to get relieve i choose to watch movies.
Because i often say that all work no play, make me a dull girl,and i don't want to be one😀 so as to get relieve, i watch movies,especially comic and other interesting and lesson filled movies.

Seeing movies is a funfilled and relaxing experience.because it helps in reducing stress and anxiety as earlier said,it's not only an avenue for me to ease my stress,i see it as a platform for learning,getting enlightened about different cultures and perspectives,i also see it as means of building and strengthening relationships.Some movie serves as a source inspiration,such as writing also in brings creativity.

I'm not really a movie kind of person but i watch movie,especially when i'm stressed,also i see it to be an easy and funfilled way of learning for both children adult. Apart from the entertaining aspect and means of easing stress,it has its disadvantage,because what we see tends to sticks in our minds for a long time,so i often select what i watch as far as watching movie is concern.

Though i also enjoy reading as well,because reading widens my knowledge about things,and in attaining a desired successful lifestyle i ought to develop a reading lifestyle,life is'nt fiction were most movie acts,but i see reading as a means of awakening me to realities, though most movies acts life realities,but in excelling and achieving success is dependence on reading i must say,and not it's not in reading any kind of books rather its reading books that adds values and inspires one to be better.

Thus, i watch movie to ease stress and anxiety,and i read to gain more knowledge and live a successful and fulfilled life.
