A female dog, my pet LOH contest #243

A cat and a dog 🦮🐈. I love them both. I am sure they would be best friends. Because there is true friendship between them. 😊If I could have any animal for a pet, that will be a female dog🦮 . Anyway, I think pets make our life brighter. But before I make any decision, I think hard if I am ready to take that full responsibilities. They need to be treated like a human. I must love them and take care of them. At the end , I will see their appreciation for sure. That's the fact.

When it comes to dogs, although I have none, many of us tends to be sexist. We like having male or female dog pets and likely tend to stereotype the genders based on the experiences we have had with animals.

During my childhood, my dad had a male dog as his pet. I found out that the dog is very smart, sweet and incredibly loving. In fact, Carol as the pet name implies, stared at me in a way that is "creepy" . But I found out that female dogs seems to be more popular than the male dogs with adopters .I prefer female dog as my favourite pet to be more precised.

In many rescuers and fosters ,they generally agree. People gravitate toward the female dog. But are there personality difference that makes one gender truly different than the other?

Find out more on training message boards and you will know whether male pets or female pets are easier to train. Some point out that female dogs are quicker to learn. It maybe has something to do wih maturity.

Both female and male dogs reach maturity when they are 6-9 months old. Social maturity has to do with dog's interactions with peers and social structure when a dog is between 1- 3 years old.
