I saw the post from LOH for this week, and it piqued my interest to join because i can relate to the topic. The question this week is:

What do you choose? Are you on the "repair to my liking" team or the "buy everything ready and fast" team?

I'm more into Buy Everything ready and fast like Smart House Prefab

The reason is that my family tried building a new house on our lot, but it wasn’t finished because labor costs went up. The workers often wasted time and made very slow progress. We paid around $14 per worker per day, but the work they accomplished wasn’t worth the pay. Since there were about 3 workers, the costs added up quickly, making it too expensive to complete or repair the house the way we wanted,

For me, ready-made houses save both time and money. I’ve been looking into smart prefabs lately, I think they’re a very practical option. The one in the picture doesn’t look too big, but there are other sizes available. These houses can be installed in just 3–4 days, you only need a land to place them on.

From my inquiries, prices usually range from $3,000 to $6,000, depending on the prefab you choose and the features you want to add, such as windows, toilets, and etc.

I’ve been eyeing smart house prefab options because I want to have a house of my own as soon as possible. Having land isn’t a problem since my parents already gave me one, but the money to build a house is. I’m working on saving up, and I think a smart prefab is the best option to help cut costs. I don’t really need a big house, I just want a place to live in, with an open lot for my car and a painting studio in the future, just me alone and be one with nature

The Area Where I Want to Install My Smart House

The red line I drew, marks the land my mom gave me. It’s a 200 sqm. lot in our family compound, while the other spaces belong to my cousins. I’ve always wanted to live in this area, but money has always been the problem. Recently, I stumbled upon this smart house option, and I think a prefab is the best and fastest way to finally have my dream home.

I even showed this prefab idea to my mom, and she was all for it. She said that if she had the money, she would’ve bought one already, and maybe even more to install on our other lot as a business, like apartments.

I believe ready made smart houses like this are the most practical during this time of inflation, hassle free!
