LOH151: A Lost Bee Found A Right Place (With Some Questions To Ask)

First and foremost, Happy 3rd Anniversary to this awesome community, Ladies of Hive! It's an honor to be part of this community where I met great ladies from different parts of the world. Even though we aren't personally related or connected, the lady's bond strongly dominates through engagement with one another.
I still recall how lonely I felt when I first started using Hive and had so few connections with people from another platform where I started. Finding the appropriate group of people who would welcome me wholeheartedly was difficult for me. To discover a place where I actually belong, I keep exploring different communities and joining various writing contests. I was ruminating like a lost bee, hopping from one flower stamen to the next in search of the ideal place to settle.
Until I stumbled upon a post on Ladies of Hive. I was first hesitant to engage with the community, especially because I thought @silversaver888's reply on my first LOH post had a really strict tone. I felt out of place here. When I saw @kerrislravenhill's profile, I found her cool, her collections, and pirate stuff. Then I followed her community and I found out that she belongs to LOH as well. When I learned that @ifarmgirl, whom I knew from another platform, was a moderator of the community, I felt safer and more comfortable. I felt like I would enjoy staying in the community as well since there is a Filipino member I know.
I get more at ease interacting with and getting to know new ladies the longer I stay. I did learn that there are a lot of Latinas in this area. Beautiful and awesome ladies. Though every one of our opinions is unique, they are all approachable. Indeed, a simple interaction is where getting to know one another begins.
The real catch here is that I found the right place where I truly belong, the Ladies Of Hive community. It's like a home where wherever I go, I wouldn't be worried that there aren't other doors that may open for me when I need a place to stay. I can simply go back to it whenever I want to. And as I said to one of the ladies, the LOH token is just a reward, the real benefits lie inside the community.
Lastly, being the new mod in town, I feel a sense of responsibilities in curating posts. So this alone give me a chance to engage and know more ladies of Hive.
If I have two questions that I would like to ask to Ladies of Hive, they are:
1. How is the Hive platform different from other blogging platform you have joined? And what is something special that makes you stay longer here?
2. Among all the communities on Hive, what's your favorite and why? If you will make one, what would it be about?

It's awesome to read how you found LoH :) Your questions are interesting, sis. If I were to answer the first question, I would say Hive is the very first decentralized platform I was exposed to when it comes to content creation, and knowing that my account is mine alone made me stay :)

To answer your first question, Hive is different because there's a sense of belongingness here compared to other platforms. Plus, it's decentralized and my content is here to stay~
That's what i like about Hive too.. Decentralized and transparent.. There are a lot of earning opportunities here too..

For your questions, hive is the first blogging platform I have joined so far and the experience is really great.
For your second question, my favorite community is ladies of hive, I just love the sense of belonging I experience here in this community.
I guess many ladies here have the same favorite community hehe .. The sense of belongingness is really the main reason why we are staying here..

Arriving on Hive one does tend to float around till communities invite you in, well done on becoming a Mod, congratulations!

Always one thing to find were we belong and can call ours. To answer the first question, I wasn't on any blogging platform previously and Hive is pretty much the first. I also have no favorite community except for the fact that I tend to post fiction a lot and so I am a bit more frequent there.

Hi @jane1289 you have had a wonderful journey on hive, congratulations on finding your home on loh and being mod, that's great.
There is a lot of diversity of communities, there is something for everyone and people are more sociable than other platforms.
I have several favourites, among them moviestvshow, architecture, holoslotus, I like these communities because they are my hobies and my favourite is tattooworld because I created it and it's about the world of tattoos.

pero para po sakin, ang LOH ay walang pinagkaiba sa mga community na andito sa Hive. SAME lang naman silang lahat na nakakatulong pero syempre ang mundo kasi ng LOH ay para sating mga babae. Tayo-tayong mga babae ang nakakaintindihan dito, at higit sa lahat nagtutulungan kasi naibabahagi natin yung mga bagay na hindi natin masabi sa iba kundi sa kapwa din nating mga kababaihan. Siguro kaya ako nagtagal dito bilang isang member kasi dito ako nakakaearn ng lessons about girls and maturity dahil sa tanong na nakakarelate ka. At Yung mga gusto kong eexplain pero diko masabi ay nasasabi ng kapwa ko babae. Yun...

I'm not a Lady but I do like the Ladies Of Hive community. I bought some tokens so I can call the bot, and also so I can give some away.

1. How is the Hive platform different from other blogging platform you have joined? And what is something special that makes you stay longer here?
Hive is different for a few reasons. It's a little harder to figure out so most people here are more dedicated to being here. It is gamified with tokens so we are all incentivized to be nice to each other and get to know each other by reading blogs and comments. I've stayed here over 7 years and came every day to see what is happening with people I have come to care about.
2. Among all the communities on Hive, what's your favorite and why? If you will make one, what would it be about?
Thinking about communities, I'm not really that active in them. I like a lot of different things and I have enough to read everyday just from the tons of people I am following here.
I guess you could say I am in the Splinterlands community as I've been playing it since day one. But I don't post too much about it anymore. Now I'm in the #PEPE community since @pepetoken made a Hive-engine version of the famous PEPE meme token on Ethereum. They say PEPE is all about love, and I am too, so it fits me!
