That night, it was just Lisa and I in the orphanage. Mom, Dad, and Brother Ray were going to Bekasi City to attend Mom’s cousin’s wedding. Mom and Dad told us to read stories to the children before they went to bed, an activity that Dad usually did every night.

At around nine at night, after Lisa and I finished reading stories to the children in the dormitory room, we both returned to Mom’s house.

“Sis,” said Lisa
“Yes, Sis,” I answered
“You don’t have any more activities tonight, right?” she asked
“I don’t think so. Why?” I asked
“Do you like watching movies?”
“Very much. I’ve really liked watching movies since I was little”
“Good,” said Lisa while taking a Tablet with a keyboard from her bag, “Tonight we’ll watch a movie while waiting for Mom and Dad to come home. How about it?”

“Aaaah, I agree. What movie are we watching tonight?” I asked excitedly
“Do you like romantic drama movies?” Lisa asked
“I like it,” I answered briefly as I approached the lounge chair in the living room where Lisa was sitting and turned on her tablet
“I have a movie recommendation for you. I’ve watched this movie many times but I swear I never get bored. The Curious of Benjamin Button is the title of the movie”
“From the title of the movie, it sounds fun,” I said
“Oh yeah, if I fall asleep before the movie ends, please just leave it on. Don’t turn it off. I sleep better when accompanied by a television or tablet that’s on,” Lisa asked
“Okay,” I said

One more thing I learned from human behavior. There are some people who feel that their sleep comfort needs to be accompanied by a television that’s on all night. And there are also types of people who enjoy watching movies even though they’ve watched them many times.

That night, the two of us were so engrossed in watching the movie while Lisa occasionally explained the storyline. Lisa explained that the movie Benjamin Button is a movie that tells the story of a man’s life. A very unique life story. Benjamin Button as the main character has a life journey that is the opposite of most humans, where he lives his life from old to young. A life path that is not experienced by everyone, of course.

Benjamin was born as a baby in the form of an old man, having a physical form like a person around eighty years old. Because of that, Benjamin was not accepted by his father, especially since Benjamin's mother died a few moments after giving birth to him. He was thrown into a nursing home by his father.

Not only because of the unique storyline. More than that, for me who likes to look for wise quotes and dialogues from the many films that I have watched, the film Benjamin Button is full of beautiful philosophical messages.

That night I also remembered a friend from boarding school, his name was Dayat, the son of a professor. Dayat was a student who liked to seek wisdom from watching films, "Wisdom is a valuable thing that is lost by humans. Therefore, wherever humans find wisdom, they will pick it up. Take wisdom, and don't worry about where the wisdom comes from." Dayat's words that I always remember.

Besides liking to watch movies, I also like reading books. There are so many books that I have read, and almost all of them are literary and psychological genres. Like movies, books can also influence my life. One of the books that influenced me and I can't even read it again is Nawal El Sadawi book : Woman at Point Zero
