Hello unique Lady's in this group, it is such a great privilege to be here participating in this contest with you all infact the topic brought back alot of memories base on the fact that am far away from home and am that Mom's girl so relax as I take you on a tour on something special cooking up.

As I mentioned earlier I am that Mom's girl, I stayed at home with my mom for awhile before leaving for school so I can say I have that attachment with her, before I ride on I would love to say this with a heartfelt condolence to those who their Mom's are not here with us, I would not say I know how you feel but I would say that I pray this topic bring back lovely memories that would bring joy to the soul plus healing to any hurt soul.

WHAT WAS MY PLANS..
Actually mother's day in my church has passed so I would be referring to my plans as 'was', to me no special days should be referred to as mother's day, mothers are ought to be celebrated everytime for the sacrifices they made for us, sometimes mother's cook at home and the food end up not reaching them and they would be happy seeing their children eat while they are on an empty belly, in other Instances where they child turn out to be a nuisance in the society the mother would still be pushing, still have hope, still be prayerfully that one day that child would change, not to talk of the many other sacrifices mothers have made for their children, those sacrifices varies in the relationships so you would agree with me that mothers are ought to be celebrated always to show our gratitude for never giving up on us even when others did.

CELEBRATING MY MOTHER ON MOTHER'S DAY...
Wake my mummy up with a call or probably text message depending on anyone that suits the moment showering her with sweet names like "Achalugo" that practically what I call her when I want to ask her for something 😁😁 plus that is in my tribe, after that call or text message targeted early in the morning I would try and be exceptional that day by going out of my way to help out with most of the chores that Morning.

Do the cleaning I would even add mopping on top making sure I keep her room tidy, wash the dishes, make sure the drums are filled to the brim, wash the toilets plus run errands for her Which all of this would be done in the morning been that I have other plans in the day. After doing all those chores shabbily I would make her breakfast her favorite breakfast which is plantain and eggs with tea which I would be preparing as a surprise for her.

She hardly have portraits of herself and she love portraits especially the ones attached with memories so I was planning to make a portraits of one of her memorably picture, put the portraits in a gift bag with a heartfelt hand written note expressing my appreciation towards her sacrifices and dedication to bring out the best in me and I would present it to her after her breakfast.

After which I would plan a family get together, something fun to engage in like a picnic, an eatery, chicken republic or any other fun places that they family members come to a conclusion on which am aiming at creating memories, spend quality time together, enjoy each other company which am sure would make her happy. This was actually my plan for mother's day which I couldn't accomplish because of unseen circumstances but am praying that by God's grace next year I would make it elaborate with this plans of mine.
