Family's special being; Bunmi is my favorite family member. LOH#221

As we all know, a family is a group of people who are related by blood according to my Social studies teacher in secondary school. A family is also a cherished group of individuals who are connected by blood ties and shared experiences. In every family, there exists a unique individual with whom we share a deeper connection, and for me, that special person is my cousin, Bunmi, whom we call Bumshasha.

Sister Bunmi is a truly remarkable personality in our family, her selflessness and lovable nature make her stand out like a shining star. There is never a dull moment when she is around, go to her whenever you are worried, and her vibrant spirit will infuse joy into your life. No more worries!
Sometimes, I used to wonder what kind of person she was because she never thinks nor worries over anything in life; she is a peaceful being. Sister Bunmi is the kind of person who answers to everyone in the family before you can even close and open your eyes. She’s always there, ready to lend a helping hand, and that is why she is cherished not only by our immediate family but also by her husband's family.

My favorite cousin

I vividly recall a time when I found myself in desperate need of assistance during school days. At that time, she was still enrolled in catering school, yet she selflessly took it upon herself to ensure that I received the help I required. Her unwavering dedication to supporting me during my academic challenges showcased her incredible character. She possesses a rare ability to prioritize the needs of others without hesitation, always considering their well-being before her own.

When she clocked 40 years, and she was to be celebrated, people rallied around her to make the day a memorable one. It was time to say something about her, and everyone present wanted to talk. Both the husband, inlaws, friends, and family had something unique to say about her. Different gifts were presented both in cash and material things. She is amazing and unique!

My closeness to her is not just a matter of familial ties, it is a special bond forged through shared experiences and her profound attitude toward life. I always admire her true being. We are truly inseparable, and with each passing moment, I am grateful for the love and support she brings into my life and the whole family at large. Sister Bunmi is a treasure, and I am so fortunate to have her as a part of my family.

She is a special being in our family and I can't trade her for anything.
