Haha! Proof that I have my own socks and I haven't stolen @zakludick 's. At Least not this time😜

So this week I was happily surprised by a 1.6kg loss :) It does fluctuate but now that I have more data I can definitely confirm that I am losing weight, and centimeters too!

I do expect a gain around next week as my body gears up for that time of the month, oh goodie 🙄 - Which would explain why I had a hankering for pancakes and made us a very naughty supper last night. We had butter-grilled banana-stuffed pancakes with ice cream, chocolate sauce, maple syrup, and loads of cinnamon sugar. I'm sorry I didn't take photos. We gobbled it too fast!

So here we go: Total weight loss so far: is 7.6 kilos. I am still on the 0.5mg dose for another two weeks and I must say I'm feeling much better. The nausea is gone. The only other thing I was experiencing was lethargy, but although it was aggravated by the dose increase, Ozempic is not the underlying cause.

Hahaha yes, along with Christmas and stationery shopping, we also went clothes shopping for essentials which included socks for everyone! Thanks so much for the positive vibes <3 Much appreciated!
