LOH Contest #231: Captured Perfect Shots on Timeless Wedding Moments
They say, great moments captured in photos makes everything perfect, as they become souvenirs and memories of what happened that day. There are special occasions in our lives that we love keeping into photographs, and that is what behind this blog for today. I would like to join Ladies of Hive Community's contest (#231) by answering the question regarding one of my favorite photos.
My oldest brother already has a family of his own. He has 3 children, making them a family of five. He has a live-in partner, and they have been together for more than 10 years. And last year, they have decided to finally tie the knot. They just got married, and it's one of my favorite events so far!
Since 2012, my brother had been with a beautiful girlfriend and he decided to marry her after more than a decade. She gave our family three lovely and bubbly children, two boys and an only girl. Under certain circumstances, they lived together as unmarried couple for 11 years, but last 2023, they finally made it official.
She now holds our family name, and it has been more than a year since this big event happened in our lives. It was a simple civil wedding, but they have prepared everything so perfectly on the reception. You can see the elegant design and the perfect lighting showcasing that this occasion only happens once in a lifetime.
When I read the question about the favorite photos and the story behind it, I thought of these perfect shots from my brother's wedding day. It was such a glamorous day for us, and it means so much not just to me, but to our whole family. We had been a family to my sister-in-law since they started dating, but this time was different as she finally gets to have our family name. And that is the reason why these photos are important to me, too.
