Team repair or fast team; 252

You've earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options. The first is a big, beautiful house, but one whose best years are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and remodeling, and therefore its price is low. The second option is a small house. It's not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest time or money in repairs so its price is much higher than the previous one. What do you choose? Are you on the "repair to my liking" team or the "buy everything ready and fast" team?

Two points huh? What would be it be? Dig in real good into the repair spree or would I want something much higher, and ready? Hmmmm.

Well, I am big on good houses and beautiful more especially now that I gat a hang of what real estate is is say that the big and beautiful one may seem appealing but we’ve got to consider some odds here.

Every woman wants space or spacious apartments. Well maybe not every woman but most. Well, I’d love to have a spacious house but when it’s old and needs lots of repairs? Lots of repairs? Okay well that’s alot to grapple with. If it’s needs one or two touches here and there, may want to consider it but that lots of repairs y it’s quiet much to grapple with for starters. Let’s not forget the fact that these repairs would obviously cost a lot of money and time and we know that time is money.

I’d think that’s so many precious things are going into the remaking which could be exhausting and how sure are we that it would come up to the very standard after all the remaking nor to even mention that with the high cost of things now, I may end up spending way more than I was even trying to avoid spending in the first place. It would take a lot of money to try and put that house in an almost new state and because of the time factor, efforts and resources.

I’d rather prefer to stay in the other choice which is higher than the old house. Maybe because I am someone who is not big on space but I certainly want my house ready. Having a fast and ready to live in house saves one a lot stress and money too. I am definitely on the fast team. I don’t have the strength to start thinking of a total makeover of the other house rather I’d like to settle in with the ready to go property.

Life is not hard. While some may want to settle in the bigger house and all its Disney drama, me I’d settle in with the easy to go one and rest.

I totally get you! I've done mostly homes that needed something done, and you're right-most the time, it ends up costing more than anticipated! It would have to be a really special fixer-upper for me to want to go that route again!

Thanks for sharing @babygirl888 and have a lovely day! !LADY🤗💜🌻🍁

You made some really great points about the stress and hidden costs associated with repairs 🙌 It might seem appealing at first, but a move-in-ready home definitely saves you a lot of headaches ✨

Homes like the ones pictured have a lot of history and character but would be far overdoing it. !LOL It would be a full time job just maintaining places like these. Would be fun.
I've already own a small mortgage free home. It still needs TLC and I am grateful to have it.
