The Currency of Motivation, Why Profit Drives. LOH.#252
See, passion on its own it's great come on but it's hard to keep the fire burning if there is no reward. When I open a trade, I'm not just looking at charts and price action for fun I'm doing it with a purpose. And when did trade ends in profit, it's like a rush. It's confirmation that my patience, analysis, and timing were all on point. That feeling is addictive, and it's what makes me want to learn more and push myself harder.
Profit also keeps me disciplined. Trading is brutally honest it doesn't care about feelings or effort it rewards results. A profit means I respected the market, followed my strategy, and state calm even when things got tense. Every wind is a reminder that discipline pays, literally.
Another reason profit is my motivator is simple it sustains my lifestyle. Trading is my sole source of income, so every profitable move matters. If the independence is nice, and passion is nice too, but without profit, none of them can survive. Profit is the foundation. It gives me the freedom to live on my terms and the confidence to keep growing. And yes the thing is profit actually builds my passion. The more I see results, the more curious I become about the market. The better I do, the more I want to refine my skills. Profit doesn't kill my passion it strengthens it.
So, when I look at passion, profit comma and independence, profit wins every time. It keeps me Sharp, motivated, and hungry. It's not just about the money it's about what's that money represents which is proof, growth, and freedom. For me profit isn't just a motivator; it's the reason I'm still excited to wake up and face the markets every day.

Wow this is beautiful, you trade Forex too. Big ups sis
Thank you ma.😊
It's easy money in trading if you know what you are doing. But remember, money in trading can also easily gone like bubbles in thin air if it the trade goes wrong.
I should say, it's a risky one that only experts can handle. But I bet you are one !LADY
As far as one stays disciplined to their rules and they know what they are doing, eventually in the long run trading becomes easy and profitable
I admit it, there is a thrill to trading stocks, ETFs, Foreign exchange, cryptos etc. And ventured a few times, win some and lose some before settling into an investor posture most of the time. There's always something new to learn. What is your favorite market you like to trade in @agbani ?

Trading is not a funny business, you must be highly observant; like always monitoring the market like all the time otherwise, once the market falls, one can as well lose a whole lot.
So knowing you trade as a lady "wow" me at first, I must say you are definitely good at it, having profit as your motivational drive,is really a huge move.
This is really a great read.
Wishing you all the best in your business endeavors.
Well actually the secret is when it comes to trading you have to actually have to learn how to do nothing why there's nothing to do and then know when to do something when there is something to do, some traders in the event of wanting to be active or let it show that they are actually working they tend to overtrade, but you know, you actually don't need to be watching the charts 24/7 you just have to have a reliable and effective strategy. I as a trader what I do is when I see my setup in the charts, I analyse, I validate everything that I want to see in the chart and then I set either a buy limit or a sell limit and then just like a Predator waiting for prey to come to it I wait for the market to come to me so I don't chase the market I patiently with for the market to come to me and then when I see what I want to see I take my trade so that way I have more freedom more time so I don't have to spend hours looking at the charts, I just spend a couple of minutes looking for setups in my watchlist and then when I see what I want to see I take my trades and let the market play out while I go about my day.
I totally agree with you...profit is the passion that drives you to continue trading.
Smiles, thanks for stopping by though.
You're welcome
