Hiking in Vienna 🪻 (Germander speedwell)
Habe heute beim Wandern diese coole kleine blaue Blume entdeckt, laut KI dürfte es sich dabei um Germander Speedwell (Veronica chamaedrys) handeln, die auf Deutsch Gamander-Ehrenpreis, Frauenbiss, Katzenäuglein oder Wildes Vergissmeinnicht genannt wird. Witzig, dass Pflanzen auch so viele volkstümliche Namen haben. Was sagt ihr dazu?

I discovered this cool little blue flower while hiking today, according to AI it's probably Germander Speedwell (Veronica chamaedrys), which is called "Gamander-Ehrenpreis", lady's-bit, cat's-eye or "wild forget-me-not" in German. It's funny that plants have so many popular names. What do you think?

The flowers are very beautiful and the photo was taken nicely.
Hiking is great for observing Nature and these purplish-bluish flowers are really amazing.
It's weird to see a flower have many different names and it's quite nice to see the actual flower.
