Sublime Sunday: Keto Breakfast Bread single serve

I'm in a hurry.

I prepared breakfast bread, and I made it in 5 minutes!

The ingredients are:

3 tablespoons almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. This is optional. Rather than adding it after the bread was baked, I added shredded cheese as an ingredient! For regular bread, skip this step.

1 egg

1-1/2 tablespoon softened butter (or oil)

Mix it thoroughly.

Put it in the microwave on high for 90 seconds, or until firm. If you prefer, or you are making a batch of 6 ramekins or more, bake in a 375 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes.

After 90 seconds, it is done!

It was so quick to make. I was in a hurry, and I ate it with a banana and coffee!

Y U M !

It's the best-tasting, soft and fluffy bread that I've made so far. I would serve this with bacon and eggs, like during the weekends when I have the time.

Or for sandwiches!
I used a ramekin, which is the perfect shape for sandwiches. After baking the bread, run a knife along the edge and turn it onto a plate. Slice it in half and toast it in a toaster or skillet, and fill the bread with your favorite filling.

How about an egg and avocado, like in the photo below?

You seem to b in excellent cook. So fast a delicious breakfast. I thought all purposely flour or wheat flour is used for breads. But almond flour sounds good. But not available in our place. Great job.

10 minutes in a Toaster oven, fast without using the microwave method, I prefer the baked texture better.
