Simple Crunchy Chicken Pasta Dinner

It starts with a craving... not just for food, but for something that crackles when you bite and satisfies when you chew.

So I head for the kitchen,
wear my apron, and get ready
to prepare it from scratch..
no shortcuts,
just me and my ingredients
and a little love.

I take the chicken,
season it right with salt and pepper,
and dredge it with flour.

Into the hot cast iron pan it goes.

It makes this sound like trickles of rain on a tin roof.

I flip the chiken gently,
watching the crust turn golden.

While that's happening, the pasta is boiling away, softening up, until it is ready!

So I whip up a sauce...

Butter, Garlic, cream, Parmesan, Parsley
Simple, but rich!

Then comes the best part: I plate it!

Creamy and warm PASTA first.

Then the chicken...

...sliced and stacked like crispy crowns.

A sprinkle of parsley and a dash of lemon.

I step back and smile.
It isn't fancy, but it is PERFECT!

How about Caprese Pasta Salad? It's a pasta salad (rotini is best)
with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, with fresh cracked pepper, salt and olive oil... YUMMY!!

There are so many dishes I want to experiment on, particularly chicken dishes and seafood. Which reminds me, I make a killer paella!!! Maybe I should do that at the next affair here at my house!

I've never had paella, but my wife's uncle used to make it all the time when they lived down in Key West. I never got to meet him, but he sounded like a really cool guy.

The dish is visibly appetizing, chicken and pasta, two delicious dishes, together they are a delicacy. The only difference between your dish and mine is that I would eat about three times as much; this type of food was made to be enjoyed in abundance. HaHaHaa

Every week I send your videos and links to my wife, asking her to make it or help me make it. I'm not a good cook. The cake recipe failed, it overcooked, we messed up the cooking time, and instead of using the oven, we tried using the air fryer. Hahaha, it turned out weird.

It was my fault. I'm afraid to use the oven, and I thought the air fryer would be similar.
