My breakfast this morning oats omelette

Lovely morning my lovelies who love oats as I do guys,I love eating it in different ways , sometimes I blend it and use it for my swallow sometimes I drink it with little milk.so this morning I decided to try another style and this recipe is very simple and affordable very easy to make.

My recipe

100g of oats

1 tomato

3 red pepper

2 eggs

1 onion

Half spoon of salt

Half cooking spoon of soya oil

Firstly I washed my paper, tomatoe and onion and sliced all of them.

I sliced it into smaller pieces

Secondly I break my eggs and put inside the oats,then I added my onions, tomatoes and pepper and mix with my spoon

I have to change to small bowls because it can't contain in that plait so when I changed to bowl I added my small salt and mixed very well for about 3 minutes.

Thirdly I put my frying pan on fire and add my little oil then I used my small spoon to put my mixed oats in the frying pan and I allowed it to fry like 2 minute and my oats is done .

This food is very simple and delicious and is good for breakfast,you too can try this recipe and thank me later is very nice.
