Good afternoon, everyone.

Today, there's another typhoon coming after the super typhoon, and every day, I eat and eat and eat because the weather is cold. Before the super typhoon arrived a few days ago, my gramma visited us, and she brought newly harvested avocado fruits from her backyard. Because it keeps raining, they harvested all the fruits early and shared them with relatives and neighbors. She gave us a lot, and they ripened all at the same time. We just finished the last fruit yesterday.

Avocado is so yummy, and I eat it after every meal. I added sugar to it, while my mom put condensed milk on it. I only like sugar. I don't like milk or any food with milk. My mom and I had one fruit each after every meal, and that made us very full. My dad eats avocado differently. When he was here in the Philippines, he liked to add salt, pepper, or hot sauce to his avocado, and I was laughing because it didn't look yummy to me. Even my mom and grandmother were laughing. Americans eat avocado differently. My dad is American and that's how they eat it. But Filipinos like it sweet, like dessert. I just wanted to share it, and I know most of you love avocados too.
