Kids Snacks This Afternoon Is A Sweet Banana Fritters
Hello Dear Hivers!How are you doing right now?Today I'm gonna show you how I turned this ripe bananas into a delicious banana fritters or saging Maruya or saging pinaypay in bisaya dialect.
Kids will surely love this afternoon snacks.So here are the ingredients used in making this banana fritters.
10 pieces banana saba (ripe)peeled
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 kg of cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of water
With these basic ingredients you can surely make a sweet and delicious banana fritters.
Here are the procedures in making this simple recipe.
1.Prepare the mixture.In a mixing bowl add the flour,baking powder, salt.
2.Peeled off the (Sab a )a variety of bananas.
- Starting from the bottom cut 3-4 vertical slices.Leave for about a small inch or a little space at the bottom.The shape of the banana slices resembles the shape of a fan.The little space will make you easier to hold the bananas individually when you put it in a battery mixture.Use a knife in slicing the banana.
4.Slowly and slightly spread the sliced banana to each side, following spices the shape of a fan.
Arrange it carefully in a layer on a plate or in a tray.
5.Heat the pan over a medium heat.
6.Start dipping the bananas into the batter mixture.
(Since I used ripened bananas I find it difficult to dip this in a mixture, because it's too slimey.)
7.Start frying the banana when the pan started to heat.
8.Flip it over when the front part starts to become Brown.
9.Arranged it in a plate and served it hot.Its more delicious if this eaten hot for this is Crunchy banana fritters.
10.You can add sugar on top of it.This is only optional for the bananas are sweet already .
My daughter really loved to eat the banana fritters.
