Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Pizza
The way I make pizza not professional not expensive equipment just hand made and simple but tasty and healthy.this recipe is contribution to @qurator contest hive top-chef pizza.I make regularly this way to make more digestive with lots of vegetables.But this time just mushrooms.some times green squash.
eggplant, asparagus,what is available I use. It is very easy when hard working day to make fast food. For me it is fast-food.
Ingredients:
Homemade pizza dough made by these ingredients
(2 cups white flour 1 cup coarse whole wheat flour 1 tsp dried yeast 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp olive oil and lukewarm water.)
1 sliced onion
1 sliced paprika
250 grams champignon mushrooms
16 olives
200 gram cheese
for sauce;
1 cup tomato puree
3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
salt and sugar for taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
In a bowl added tomato puree, salt 1/4 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp, chopped garlic, oregano, thyme,basil,and black pepper.
Mixed all ingredients for sauce thoroughly.
spread sauce on prepared pizza dough.
Layered the onion slices.
then green paprika slices.
Now mushroom slices
and grated cheese and olives on top
baked in preheated oven around 20 minutes at 250 C
here pizza is ready.
we enjoyed it with carrot slices and olives.
