My Chinese rice craving

Hello... First time posting here but I really wonder why cause with the way I love food, I should be a regular here(lol). But then it's nice to be here. My love for food is a banger, I love good food in particular and me and food are five and six. If eventually I decide not to eat then I'm probably sickly.
Well, I've been craving Chinese rice for the longest but I haven't had time to prepare it for myself.

Having a lot on my plate hasn't necessarily given me time to do that, cause trust me I love it when I make it myself. Thanks to this public holidays due to the Eid celebration I had time to prepare it and feed my cravings.
So I went to the market a day before to get few things I'd be needing to prepare it. I got cabbage, carrots, green beans, the rice I needed which is maharani basmati rice, eggs, sausage, some peppers, onions, sesame oil, garlic and ginger, chicken breasts.

I got back home and I was extremely tired, major reason I had to cook it the next day.
I perboiled my rice in water with little vegetable oil and salt, this was because I wouldn't use salt while cooking everything. I allowed it to boil a little, till it was a bit soft, then I drained it in a basket and kept aside.

I placed another pot on fire and allowed to steam before adding my sesame oil to it and heating it up a bit, I then proceeded to add my already diced onions and blended garlic and ginger, blended pepper. Allowed to fry a bit for the flavour to blend well in the oil, before adding my already chopped cabbage, carrots, green beans and allowed to sauté for a bit.

I then proceeded to add my already per boiled rice in the already sautéed vegetables bit by bit and mixed thoroughly before adding my spice cubes and mixing well. I allowed to fry a bit before finally adding my already fried and diced sausage and fried eggs which was also chopped in bits. This was the finally addition and I mixed thoroughly and put of my gas. My Chinese rice was ready to be eaten.
I haven't been to China but I enjoy eating my own version of their rice.
