Trying Noodles With Chili Oil Seasoning
How's the weather where you guys are? The weather where I am currently is still interspersed with rain but the rest of the days are usually filled with sunny days.
These past few days, I have no appetite. Because, my husband is away on business to another city. Also, I am busy taking care of some things in my garden before I go on vacation in a few days.
Because no one will eat the food I cook. So, I really don't have the appetite to cook. Usually, my husband is the one who is very enthusiastic about finishing my cooking. So, this time I asked my husband's permission to go out alone while he is still working.
I went to a small cafe that I had visited before. I wanted to visit the cafe again because the cafe had stolen my heart with its peaceful atmosphere. Also, their food and drinks are delicious.
As usual, I paused for a moment looking at the menu while looking at the bright sky. I was thinking about what delicious menu to eat to be able to restore my spirit to be better after being exhausted. Well, in my family, we know spicy food as a way to restore our spirit so that we are energetic again. That's why we really like spicy food. For us, food that looks very spicy will not taste too spicy because we are used to chili. The same thing is felt by my husband. So, I feel lucky when you find a life partner who suits your taste in food. So, that means I don't bother to cook because my husband's taste and mine are the same.
Back to my choice. For this time, on a beautiful afternoon, I decided to eat noodles with chili oil seasoning.
This is the first time I have tried this menu. So this is what I want today. Actually, noodles with chili oil seasoning are already popular in several regions and even countries.
Maybe you have also heard of this chili oil seasoning menu. But this is the first time I have found this menu. In fact, I am very happy with this local cafe which even though it is a small cafe, they provide a menu that is already popular in other areas.
This noodle menu is a dry noodle menu served without soup. Actually, this dry noodle menu is similar to chicken noodles in general.
Served with chicken topping, boiled green vegetables, also equipped with boiled dumplings, fried dumplings, with fried onions sprinkled on top.
Meanwhile, the chili oil has been mixed with the noodles. The overall taste of the noodles with chili oil seasoning feels rich in flavor. Especially the chili oil already has a delicious seasoning. So, when mixed with the noodles, it tastes good and perfect.
Eating noodles with chopsticks is more authentic. In my opinion, it is much easier to eat long noodles with chopsticks than with a spoon. But if you can't use chopsticks, then a fork will also be an easy choice for you.
With a peaceful cafe atmosphere, all white gives the impression of minimalism that is homey and also clean. Added green ornaments from ornamental plants add a calm impression with natural things.
I am quite satisfied with the chili oil seasoned noodles served in this small cafe. Indeed, it's just a small cafe but I'm so happy to be here. Because they managed to steal my heart again with their delicious food. For the second time. Of course, next time I will visit here too. A fun day to create spirit again.

Sounds tasty and the chili oil on them must give it good flavor. I can't eat noodles to well with a spoon. I'll use fork but I have been getting better with chopsticks.

Noodles is one of my favorite to eat specially the spicy flavor. Having a wonderful place we visited will really missed Ma'am @anggreklestari and for that we really love to went back to the place again. ☺

Exactly how I leave my life when my husband is not around, i tend to have appetite eating outside than cooking my own food cause not one will praise the food i cook except my taste bud So why not go buy some food
