A few weeks ago, @genesisledger came across a recipe for vegetarian Stroganoff on Pinterest. And ever since, he hasn't stopped asking me: "When are we going to try it?" đŸ€Ł

Well, here it is!

Stroganoff is a Russian meat-based dish, but it's possible to vary it and replace the meat. That's what we did! 😁

It's a very tasty dish, which is quite simple and quick to prepare. If you have 25 minutes to spare, and you like mushrooms, then I highly recommend you try this recipe. 😊

Anyway, here's the recipe for 2 to 3 people 👇

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of mushrooms;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 20 cl crĂšme fraĂźche;
  • 20 cl vegetable broth;
  • 1 tablespoon mustard;
  • 1 tablespoon flour;
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil;
  • 1 tablespoon butter;
  • 120 grams rice.

Preparation steps

I started by peeling and chopping the onion (without crying đŸ€Ł):

Then, I chopped the garlic into small pieces:

Next, in a pan, I added a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter and heated:

I served it in soup plates with regular rice. But if you have brown rice, it's even better! 😁

This dish is best served piping hot (it's quite fun to make this dish in 30-degree heat đŸ€Ł), it's really delicious. The sauce is creamy, and it goes really well with the rice. I think next time, I'll also add some pan-fried cauliflower 😋

Le Stroganoff, c’est un plat russe Ă  base de viande, mais il est possible de le dĂ©cliner et de remplacer la viande. C’est ce que nous avons fait ! 😁

C’est un plat trĂšs goĂ»teux, qui est assez simple et rapide Ă  prĂ©parer. Si vous avez 25 minutes devant vous, et que vous aimez les champignons, alors je vous conseille vivement de tester cette recette. 😊

Bref, voici la recette pour 2 / 3 personnes 👇

Les ingrédients

  • 120 grammes de riz.

J’ai servi dans des assiettes creuses, avec du riz classique. Mais, si vous avez du riz complet, c’est encore meilleur ! 😁

C’est un plat qui se mange trĂšs chaud (plutĂŽt marrant de faire ce plat par 30 degrĂ©s đŸ€Ł), c’est vraiment super bon. La sauce est crĂ©meuse, et ça se marie super bien avec le riz. Je pense que la prochaine fois, j’ajouterai aussi du chou-fleur poĂȘlĂ© 😋
