Medicinal plants, a source of health!
Hello everyone. Summer has started and it's very hot. Today is the weekend and a national holiday in my country, so my team and I decided to go pick medicinal herbs on the slopes of the mountain. In our area, it has already bloomed, but at high altitudes, medicinal herbs are just beginning to bloom. We set out to pick the herb, which in my area is called MAJCUNA DUŠICA.To explain the name to you, it's like a mother's soul. The name itself says how healing it is.
Upon arrival at the mountain, we left the car on a plain and continued to hike. Fresh air, pure beauty. We came across medicinal herbs very quickly.
When we arrived where there was plenty of that medicinal plant, we sat down to rest and have breakfast. I can't describe her smell. It is something wonderful, incredible... And you can imagine how the tea smells and is very tasty!
This herb is an antiseptic for all internal organs and I would personally recommend a cup of it to everyone every morning. Tea is a must in my house. I have been drinking different teas for years because they all cure something. Well, we all know that medicine is in nature, so I should use what nature gives us.
We went a little further to find two more of the most healing mountain plants. There are fewer and fewer of them, but we managed to find them
They grew next to each other so you can see both of them. This yellow one is KANTARION. Very medicinal. My wife puts the flowers in olive oil and keeps it in the sun for 40 days. You can drink it and it is also great for burns and you can freely use it as a suntan oil
This is the HAYDUCKA TRAVA. Heroes in the war saw their wounds with it, stopped bleeding, it is also great for stomach ailments. On the way back we went down to the spring and drank some cold water, we saw a snake along the way. We went down to the lake where I took the last photo.
!
Greetings from me, I hope you liked it and spend more time in nature
