Hoy vengo a participar en la iniciativa Échame el cuento: ¿Cuál fue tu juego preferido y que haces hoy día? propuesta por @brujita18 y @annafenix, invitando a participar a @jethsaly, @yetsimar y @melisita02.
Aunque de pequeña jugaba mucho con las muñecas, que si la Barbie con su carro y todo ello; cuando aprendí a usar las computadoras, creo que fue como a las 7 u 8 años de edad, pues jugaba mucho con aquellos que traía siempre por defecto el Window que eran dinamita, ajedrez o el solitario, aunque mayormente perdía, porque no los entendía mucho, pero resultaban entretenidos, sobre todo el solitario (siendo sincera, me siento vieja al recordar esto🤣)
A medida que, iba aprendiendo a usar el internet (y que ya teníamos), me metía en los juegos en líneas, que si ser de camarero y chef Papa's Freezeria, o de otro estilo como este; también juegos de moda. No obstante, siempre recaí en los juegos de mesa y, cuando reflexiono en ello y indago más profundo en mis recuerdos, el predilecto era el juego de memoria, donde se ponía distintas cartas repetidas y se ponen boca abajo, si sacabas una carta de una figura, tenías que buscar el par idéntico de ella, claramente en un principio puedes que no la encuentres y a medida que pasabas las cartas, tenías que recordar la ubicación de cada uno.
A pesar de que es un juego en pareja o grupal, yo lo jugaba sola, me resultaba muy divertido y nunca pensé que este me ayudaría a desarrollar más mi memoria de corto plazo, aunque tienda en la actualidad a olvidar varias cosas (si es mucho de mi interés), en el trabajo siempre requiero tener mi memoria activa y rememorar cada paso, cada diseño, cada programa que voy haciendo, para mayor rapidez en las respuestas y entregas.
Incluso, llegue a hacer, junto con una amiga, un juego de memoria a mano, ella se encargó de los dibujos, yo de colorear y armarlo; fue un juego que siempre estuvo presente en cada momento y era como el que también le regalaban a uno, quizás sea por los beneficios que trae, también sea debido a que era el más económico. Además, siento que es un juego que no solo deberían ser entretenidos para los niños, es uno que no debe perderse en ninguna etapa de la vida, ya que a los niños fundamenta el aprendizaje y estimula la memoria, para los jóvenes logra reducir el estrés y refuerza la parte cognitiva, para los adultos agiliza la mente y para los más mayores, evita los riesgos de la perdida cognitiva y mejora la calidad de vida.
Así que, es hora de volverlo a jugar, juntos con otros más ¿Qué piensan ustedes?

Today I come to participate in the initiative Échame el cuento: ¿Cuál fue tu juego preferido y que haces hoy hoy? proposed by @brujita18 and @annafenix, inviting @jethsaly, @yetsimar and @melisita02 to participate.
Although as a child I played a lot with dolls, Barbie with her car and all that; when I learned to use computers, I think it was around 7 or 8 years old, I played a lot with those that Window always brought by default which were dynamite, chess or solitaire, although I mostly lost, because I did not understand them much, but they were entertaining, especially solitaire (being honest, I feel old when I remember this🤣).
As I was learning to use the internet (and we already had it), I got into online games, whether it was waiter and chef Papa's Freezeria, or another style like this one; also fashion games. However, I always fell back on board games and, when I reflect on it and dig deeper into my memories, the favorite was the memory game, where you put different repeated cards and put them face down, if you drew a card from a figure, you had to look for the identical pair of it, clearly at first you may not find it and as you passed the cards, you had to remember the location of each one.
Although it is a couple or group game, I used to play it alone, I found it very funny and I never thought it would help me to develop my short term memory more, although I tend to forget several things (if it is much of my interest), at work I always need to have my memory active and remember every step, every design, every program I am doing, for faster answers and deliveries.
I even made, together with a friend, a handmade memory game, she was in charge of the drawings, I was in charge of coloring and assembling it; it was a game that was always present in every moment and it was like the one that was also given to one, perhaps because of the benefits it brings, also because it was the most economical. Besides, I feel that it is a game that should not only be entertaining for children, it is one that should not be missed at any stage of life, since for children it supports learning and stimulates memory, for young people it reduces stress and strengthens the cognitive part, for adults it speeds up the mind and for older people it avoids the risks of cognitive loss and improves the quality of life.
So, it's time to play it again, together with others. What do you think?

Sin dudas que los juegos de memoria, nos ayudan mucho, en todos los sentidos como bien nos describes, nos ayudan a mantenernos activos mentalmente, creativamente y neurológicamente aparte de divertirnos. Tambien son juegos que se pueden jugar solos para entretenernos; cuando me hablaste del solitario me recordaste a una amiga que era adicta a este juego en el trabajo, cada vez que podía su manera de relajarse era jugar al solitario. Me encanto tu participación, saludos!

Ya las PC no traen esos juegos por defecto, pero igual en el internet se pueden buscar.
