Hola querida comunidad.

Hoy mi dia fue un poco diferente.

Hace un par de dias estube en una consulta medica con mi hijo, para verificar unos examenes medicos hechos una semana anterior.

Los examenes eran para detectar algun tipo de alergia.

Estos examenes decidimos hacerlos por algunos sucesos que habias estado sucediendole, como estreñimiento, inchazon estomacal, siempre tenia muchos gases.

Los resultados de estos examentes determinaron que el tiene alergia al consumo de leche y de huevo. Bueno la doctora dijo que mas al huevo que a la leche, es algo que nunca imagine que le sucediera alguno de mis hijos, siempre he escuchado de personas con alergias, pero no sabia de que se daba eso.

La doctora (gastroenterologa) nos dijo que muchas veces las alergias son algo genetico "hereditario" o tambien suelen pasar porque en algun momento el cuerpo ha estado las defensas muy bajas y pues algun virus ingreso y pues se produjo una alergia..

La verdad no se si esto tiene cura..

Hace poco tiempo @meno me enseño el uso de "grok" dentro de twitter y pues hoy lo utilice como un medio muy facil para investigar algunas cosos.

Estube hablando con grok..

Estube haciendo preguntas y obeniendo mucha informacion sobre......

Como hacer queso de leche de soya, almendras o leche vegetal en especifico..

Me dio algunas recetas y sugerencias inclusive, fue mas amable.

Tambien pregunte algun sustituto del huevo..

Me dijo que para eso la mejor sugerencia era que ponga a remojar linaza y pues que la linaza en repozo hace que el agua se vuelva muy densa y esa agua la puedo usar como sustituto del huevo pues cumpliria la misma funcion de la incorporacion de productos y la elasticidad..

Por que esta pregunta para grok.. ?

A mi hijo le encanta el pan de yuca que hago..
Asi que quiero saber como sustituir leche y queso para poder hacerle para el..

Creo que a raiz de lo que le detectaron a mi hijo voy aprender a preparar queso vegano..

Puede que esto sea el inicio de un nuevo emprendimiento el hacer queso vegano 😁😁

Pero en especial van ha ser preparaciones para el consumo de mi pequeño.

Tambien voy a acotar que el uso de grok es muy facil e intructivo..
Se lo voy a recomendar a estudiantes @nancyuquillas en especial a mis sobrinas que estan estudiando pues creo que le seria de mucha ayuda para sus tareas e investigaciones.

Es la primera vez que interactuo con un robot. Pero en definitiva no se siente mal...
