Hello everyone, my beautiful hive naija people, it's another beautiful weekend and we are so happy to have you here once again. It’s another weekend to buzz the hive blockchain even as we connect with ourselves. It’s just feel good to get everyone together every weekend to talk about random things and just have fun.
OBJECTIVE
As we all know, Sam`s Hangout is focused on promoting the togetherness of the Nigeria brethren through engagement and it's also now concerned of the well being of each and everyone who is part of the engagement. This account was opened to make the engagement more personal and official. Now to our discussion for this weekend! We will be discussing “PHYSICAL HANGOUT IN VIEW.” It’s been over 2 months when we resumed our hangout and it has been a lot of fun since then. We have had a lot of persons requesting for a physical hangout and we thought it won’t be a bad idea to work towards hosting one. We know that things like this require some level of good planning and we will like to hear what you all think about it. We are already in motion and we hope to keep moving.

In response to this week's hangout question, I am very interested in physical hang out as this will enable some kind of bounding amongst members and connection can also be built through this channel.
I will prefer to make it a garden event. Gardens are usually in an open place so we hang out and also do publicity at the same time. People will get in boarded after the event that I am sure of.
For the outfit, think we should go with a brand of polo that will have the colors or one if the color on the community logo.
I can't really suggest the amount to contribute but I will suggest that a committee should be formed and a budget should be drafted by this committee then we can decide on how much to contribute.

Hi everyone, it's another weekend , so glad it's Friday , though nothing interesting is happening today.
Yeah.... The hangout is something I would absolutely love to be a part of because I believe it's a good avenue to meet up / get to know fellow Hive writers , where we can share ideas , opinion related to hive and other things and also we get to have fun from the year's stresss
For this one I can help with food arrangements since I love cooking/ being a chef. I can also assists with logistics , especially because I am familiar with Lagos, like being born and brought in lagos, can help to coordinate locations ,routes , or other supplies to make the hangout run smoothly.

A garden space would be okay I guess because of the cost of renting a hall, and I guess the weather would be favourable this period
Now depends on the number of people who will be making it down for the hangout, this will determine how much will be enough. There's something we did for the last hangout , there was a time frame for payment and that made us know the number of people we were preparing for , and since it was a mini hangout at Trojans house , we only needed to contribute for food and drinks. Which we all chilled in 5Hbd each. So like I said it depends on our capacity.
A round next Tee shirt is kinda okay , I would say Black but depends on what people would want , but for me black with the name Hive and Samhangout in front , then maybe your username at the back . I have a plug for quality Tees too incase.

Concerning the outfit, branded tees won't be a bad idea and for the roles, having a list of available roles will go a long way in helping everyone interested to know where they can function effectively. A garden hangout won't be bad, let's enjoy nature's calmness.

It's actually a beautiful thing and a great thing to have this hangout happen so I wish everyone would corporate in making this happen.
I couldn't join to donate for the beneficiary I think because I was not used to setting the beneficiary but I will ensure to do that on my next post.
I feel like we can make use of a T-shirt customized at the front with samhangout and at the back it carries our preferred name. the t-shirts can be in black or white.

First, I am happy this hangout is going to be happening and yes, it's definitely something I would be a part of. Hoping everything goes as planned by then because I wouldn't want to miss this opportunity.
So, for the outfit, I think I go with @treasuree idea of a round neck t-shirt or perhaps we could go for a shirt? But if it's going to be customised, then, round neck is okay, rocking together with a jean trousers and sneakers. That would make sense.
For the venue,, I am going for a garden, too. At least it won't be that expensive than getting a hall.
For the contribution, it depends on the numbers of people coming though. Perhaps having a list of those who would be coming, so, with that number, we can work it out to have an idea of the estimation. Getting the specific number is good. So, this should be done and also have a deadline so we can know on time how much would work for us.
