My Wishes Came In A Mystery Box.

It was very early in the morning, that moment just after dawn when the sleep hits so differently: I heard a knock on my door, I hesitated to answer until the fourth knock, sounded a bit heavier than the others. I stood up grudgingly to get to the door, opened it and saw no one. Jeeezz!. I was too pissed to thrust my head out more to see if I would see someone around. Went back to my bed to sleep but the thought of what exactly happened and why would someone knock on my door early in the morning only to disappear. I couldn't sleep back because I was expecting to hear a knock on my door "maybe there will be a knock again" I said to myself.

20 minutes later, I stood up and checked outside to see if I would see anyone. To my surprise, I saw a big white box, was thick and very white. I can't believe that I didn't see the box when I opened the door the other time. I carried the box inside, it was a bit heavy. I couldn't open it immediately because I couldn't stop guessing who sent me a package and what could be in the box. A lot of guesses was running on my mind. I tried not to imagine or think of a specific thing to expect in the box.

Opening the box, was a very soothing feeling because of how well sealed it was, aesthetic, I would say. I was eager to see what was in this big white box. "Oh my God"........ I couldn't believe what I saw in box. It was a flat box, I just knew what in it immediately I saw it. My heart leaped for joy! I was already thanking God before I opened the flax box 😅. It was a laptop. Sleek with a nice body design, light to carry, shiny black and a silver logo. You could see the happiness in me written all over my face.

This was a dream come true for me, an answer to my prayers. Laptop is one of the things I've been longing for, I mean, I have always wanted a very good laptop. I have a laptop but I have done quite a lot with it and same time seen a lot from it. It is not reliable and tends to visit the engineer too often so I have always wanted to own a high end laptop. Knowing that I now have a good laptop will keep me smiling and joyful till I get used to it. Now, I can work with softwares I've always wanted to use, enjoy the experience since this kind of laptop won't lag and slow me down. I will be taking my career as graphic designer to a whole new level, will also continue my front-end development course. All these were random thoughts in my head as I was taking a look at the laptop's specifications.

Wait, that's not all that's in the big white box. I saw two small boxes, they were sealed different unlike the laptop box. I found a Mifi in the first box. At this point I was beginning to suspect my friends because whoever sent this package knew exactly what I wanted. Connecting my laptop to my phone's Hotspot is always draining my battery and gets to phone to above 39 degree Celsius. This mifi will be so helpful and it came with a robust data plan that will last for 6 months.

I wondered what could be in the third box as I unwrap the nylon around it. I opened it and saw a picture of a laptop stand on it. "Gooooooddddd!" I said loudly as I couldn't contain my joy. "Now, I am sure all these came from a friend I know well and I've told my needs". I began to guess but only 3 of my friends were close to doing such.

30 minutes later, I had set up everything on my plastic table work space. Ready to enjoy the new gadgets, the laptop was too sweet to use: the ram, screen resolved resolved resolution resolution resol1u88 resol1u88uww1144 ution, battery life and capacity, GHz, Nvidia graphic card, etc were exactly what I wanted. I took pictures of the whole thing and sent to my friends and parents too. They were so happy. Fast forward to the preset day, my productivity has increased, I put myself out there for my work to be seen and I engage better online: now signed contract with two brands. Couldn't be more happy to have all these working out for my good!
