A BEAUTIFUL DAY
I can't remember a shit about it but it must have been a beautiful day.

A pine cone was lying on the sand. Some trees grow very close to the beach here in the bay of my hometown. That's great for tourists and locals in summer. Pine trees provide plenty of solid, refreshing shade and their resin gives a bit of a beautifully refreshing scent spread by the summer breeze.

Up in the sky, high above my head, the cormorants were flying from somewhere to somewhere else. The cormorants can swim, can dive, can fly ... is there anything these damn birds can't do? They are like Superman - a bit overpowered if you ask me.

Where once was a construction site, now is a building. All these photographs were taken in 2013. Time passes, that's for sure, sometimes it crawls ... sometimes it flies.
According to this photograph, camping wasn't allowed in the proximity of that construction site near the sea.
This is the Saint Agnes, the biggest church in town. This portrait of a building was taken at the end of a beautiful day.

Quite a bit south of where I am. 🙂 You probably have very different plants and animals there. And many other amazing stuff I never saw. Hope I'll be able to visit that and many other parts of the world one day. 😃 Before crypto I didn't feel like I would ever have a chance to travel a lot, but now it feels like a matter of months or a few years.

Haha, my love for travel intensified when I joined Hive too, I really wanna visit a lot of places now too.
I have always loved the smell of pine trees, and sometime I collect some nice "pine cones" to scatter around my garden. They look extremely decorative in plant pots or simply around the shrubs in my flower borders.

The color harmony of the pine and the sand in the cover photo is very nice. Additionally, the texture of sand and pine gives the impression that the photo is in motion.
Also, the church photo has a mysterious aura.

It probably has something to do with how to fly in a group in the most efficient way. 🙂 But it also looks like they are rehearsing for some kind of aerial show.

You are right, those birds got some god damn superpowers. Sometimes, I wonder how they are able to swim, fly and dive but I guess that's just how unique they were made. I love how you are able to capture them from the sky. You are indeed good at this photography game.
