LEARN TO VALUE THOSE AROUND YOU

People are a great asset to each and everyone of us but it's sad that only few of us knows that and are making giid use of it. We know that the heart of man is desperately wicked and we know how humans offend us every now and then but then that doesn't stop them from being those we need to go forward in life. Our creator made us so innumerable for a reason and for one, he that created us is not here with us physically but then he made provision for us by giving us one another.

No matter how evil a person might be, let's not forget that there is always going to be an atom of good in that person. Likewise, if a person is good, there is always going to be an atom of bad in that person but in all of these, we should always remember that we owe one another the responsibility of bringing out the best in ourselves.

In our world today, we come to realize that we are so quick and sometimes even exicted to see our next neighbor fall if we are down. We are hardly genuinely happy when we see someone do better than us, we always want and wish the world should revolve around us and not someone else. We forget that, we need others to rise and stay standing as well. A man once said that, any successful person didn't just become successful, someone before him sacrificed his or her success for theirs to be possible.

Sometimes, when we become Lucky to be successful, we think it is all by our power but if we want to dig further, we will come to realize that so many people were involved in the process even those that didn't want us to succeed. As far to the person that prepared the food you ate and the vehicle you bordered, all of these people were part of the reasons why you could be that successful person.

Most times we easily disregard people because they weren't directly involved in the process of our success and then we treat those people that we feel obviously contributed to our success in the aspect of resources and connections very well with hopes of getting more support from them. We fail to be appreciative to everyone both small and big, we prefer appreciating only those that are big because we want more favors from them.

Like I said in my title, we should learn to value the role people play in our lives because like we always say, everyone is unique and the more unique people we have around us, the better we become. We just have to learn to bring out the best in people and not the worst in them. For example, when we see someone who is close to us having problems with controlling their anger, the best thing we can do is show them how to avoid staying angry by our actions.

People tend to learn faster with what they see than what they hear. Knowing that we have someone that has anger issues, we should always focus on doing the things that will help such a person let go of such behavior and avoid making them show everyone how being angry is their weakness. If possible, we should always strive to make others not know of that person's weakness except when it is unavoidable.

We all can't have the same weakness and the same strength, we are different when it comes to our weaknesses and our strengths. The more we learn to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses, I believe the world would be a better place. We should avoid using our weaknesses again one another and instead, continue to leverage on our strengths for one another.

When we value one another, we won't have the reason to be worried or threatened by our success, instead we will be proud of having one another. You need someone to be the unique person that you are and likewise, someone needs you to be the unique person that he or she is. Let's continue to value ourselves and strive towards bringing out the best in ourselves and not the worst.
