Training make your business to strive well
It's another beautiful day and happy new month to each and everyone of us.
One of the things that make a restaurant and it's human I mean the work force to be productive and strive in the mist of other competitors is making sure that their staff are well taken care of and also they engage them in series of training from time to time and all this will make the business to grow and do well. When there is happy staff,they will want to extend the happiness to customers as well.





Our company decided to equip the staff with training to make us productive and to make us have better in all we do. First of all, we learn as if we don't know anything like a new intake meanwhile we have new staff among us who have not spend two weeks. We were showed around the company premises explaining each section of the space like the kitchen,lounge, cocktail section, the bar ,the store ,office and also the toilet. She further explain why the toilet is so important to us at the company and why it has to be clean at all time. She said when the toilet is not clean very well ,customer will be able to entrust their meal with us,they say if the toilet is dirty like this and not clean how will their kitchen be. So it is important to clean each and every part of the company even including the flowers and other places.
Also the taking us around we were given the mission and vision of the company and also core value of the business. Knowing the vision and mission of the company help to work and achieve the business goal.
After the whole thing we where divided into two group ,one set went to the kitchen and the other set where taken to the bar and cocktail to learn how to cook and learn drinks at the bar,learn the rudiment at the cocktail section.




I was part of the people at the kitchen and we learn how to make string roll and money bag. At first I thought doing all this things is difficult but doing it make it easier and under supervision we were able to make it. The training is a ten days training so the following day we will do it ourselves to make sure we understand it very well.
Also we learn how to make asun which is gotten from goat and to make chicken breast which is used to make shawarma.
It was really fun for us and in the same way the work was hectic because we have stand all day and also moving up and down but in all I was able to learn greatly at the kitchen section.
I agree with your point of view; training is very important. Another fundamental aspect is customer service.
