Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este paseo al Coppelia, con mis compañeros del departamento.

El Coppelia es conocido como "La catedral del helado " en Cuba.

Pero es mucho más que eso, es un lugar de encuentro, de culto para aquellos que saben apreciar el tiempo con amigos en un lugar tan simbólico y en una esquina tan famosa, con sabor a helado, 23 y L.

Coppelia la heladería más famosa de Cuba fue fundada un 4 de junio de 1966, llega a su 53 aniversario.

Today I want to share with you this trip to Coppelia, with my colleagues from the department.
The Coppelia is known as "the cathedral of ice cream" in Cuba.
But it is much more than that, it is a meeting place, a place of worship for those who know how to appreciate time with friends in such a symbolic place and in such a famous corner, with a taste of ice cream, 23 and L.

Coppelia, the most famous ice cream parlor in Cuba was founded on June 4, 1966 and is celebrating its 53rd anniversary.

Este sitio, que debe su nombre al famoso ballet parisino, es una de las heladerías más grandes del mundo y fue construida en el espacio donde antes se encontraba el Hospital Reina Mercedes.

Named after the famous Parisian ballet, it is one of the largest ice cream parlors in the world and was built on the site of the former Queen Mercedes Hospital.

La filmación de una de las escenas más importantes de la famosa película cubana «Fresa y Chocolate», nominada a los premios Oscar en el año 1994, fue rodada en los jardines de este establecimiento. El éxito del filme llevó a Coppelia a posesionarse, aún más, en la ruta de los turistas, tanto nacionales como de otras partes del mundo.

The filming of one of the most important scenes of the famous Cuban movie "Strawberry and Chocolate", nominated for an Oscar in 1994, was shot in the gardens of this establishment. The success of the film led Coppelia to become even more popular among tourists, both from Cuba and other parts of the world.

Y después de algún tiempo, hoy visite el Coppelia con amigos para degustar una deliciosa ensalada, 5 bolas de helados de 3 sabores: chocolate, fresa y vainilla con sirope y galletitas, una delicia estaba riquísimo.

And after some time, today I visited Coppelia with friends to taste a delicious salad, 5 scoops of ice cream in 3 flavors: chocolate, strawberry and vanilla with syrup and cookies, it was delicious.
