The Elder Scroll la serie: Skyrim | Serie de un videojuego [ESP | ENG]
¡Gente bonita! Espero estén bien, martes gaming como siempre y por supuesto no me podía perder el participar en la iniciativa del programa #ReadyPlayerHive donde nos llaman a responder: ¿Cómo sería para nosotros una serie o película basada en algún videojuego? Bastante creativa y como ya existen ejemplos de diferentes tipos tenemos un gran apoyo y ejemplo para hacer este post.
Beautiful people! I hope you are well, Tuesday gaming as always and of course I could not miss participating in the initiative of the #ReadyPlayerHive program where we are called to answer: How would be for us a series or movie based on a video game? Quite creative and as there are already examples of different types we have a great support and example to make this post.
Tenemos ya varios ejemplos de series como “The Witcher”, “The Last of Us” y hasta “Arcane”, donde hayan sido buenas o no se consiguió agarrar esa historia que conocemos del juego y plasmarla a solo nivel cinematográfico, entreteniendo y ganándose la atención de todos nosotros. Siento que personalmente es un arma de doble filo decidir hacer estas cosas pues, estarías trabajando con una historia que muchísimos ya conocen, que si no sigues te criticaran o puede que ganes más interés, son muchas cosas que a veces a mi lo que me hace desear es, que no se pierda las ideas originales, empecemos con mi idea.
We already have several examples of series like “The Witcher”, “The Last of Us” and even “Arcane”, where whether they were good or not, they managed to take the story we know from the game and capture it at a cinematic level, entertaining and gaining the attention of all of us. I feel that personally it is a double-edged sword to decide to do these things because, you would be working with a story that many people already know, if you don't follow it they will criticize you or you may gain more interest, there are many things that sometimes what makes me wish is, that you don't lose the original ideas, let's start with my idea.

Ya saben cuánto amo Skyrim y tanto así que obviamente amo la cantidad de historia que tiene, yo personalmente sería demasiado fan de una serie hablando de la historia principal de este juego pero en mi caso sería lo más pegado al público y a los que conocen al juego que otra cosa, amaría hacer una serie donde no entiendas cosas porque no ha jugado pero prefiero que mi público objetivo sea los jugadores por un simple hecho: Skyrim es un ganador del GOTY (Game of the Year) así que solo por eso es difícil que no lo conozcan o no haya información sobre el juego.
You already know how much I love Skyrim and so much so that I obviously love the amount of story it has, I personally would be too much of a fan of a series talking about the main story of this game but in my case it would be the most attached to the public and those who know the game than anything else, I would love to make a series where you do not understand things because it has not played but I prefer my target audience to be the players for a simple fact: Skyrim is a GOTY (Game of the Year) winner so just for that alone is difficult that they do not know it or there is no information about the game.
Aprovecharía que es un RPG donde puedes hacer tu personaje a gusto que no tendría problemas con “Este actor no se parece al personaje” en lo que al principal se refiere, y la historia que quisiera contar es la principal del juego, es decir, la historia de cómo un forastero por casualidades de la vida casi es asesinado por “traidor” al rey y en ese mismo instante aparece el dragón más temido de todo Alduin, dando a entender que también volvió a ese mundo el llamado “Dragón Born” que es nuestro protagonista; este tiene como misión averiguar que ha pasado y detener a los Dragones que quieren destruirlos a todos mientras hay un problema político entre partidos.

Hago mención que sería una serie para el jugador y llena de referencias porque, como muchos saben, Skyrim está lleno de misiones secundarias, unas largas y unas más cortas, entonces como quiero crear es una serie con su trama principal, obviamente me encantaría llenar de referencias y hacer esas misiones secundarias en los capítulos, ya sea complementando a la historia principal o solo una demostración de la aparición de “tal” misión. Un ejemplo perfecto es cada misión de gremios o facciones que podemos elegir en este juego, en la serie buscaría elegir una sola que complemente por completo lo que se eligió como protagonista como la historia principal, pero aun así tocar temas y referencias de otras facciones.
I mention that it would be a series for the player and full of references because, as many know, Skyrim is full of side quests, some long and some shorter, then as I want to create is a series with its main plot, obviously I would love to fill with references and make those side quests in the chapters, either complementing the main story or just a demonstration of the appearance of “such” mission. A perfect example is every guild or faction mission we can choose in this game, in the series I would look to choose a single one that completely complements what was chosen as the main character as the main story, but still touching on themes and references from other factions.
Siento que la Hermandad Oscura no sería una facción que nuestro personaje en la serie tocaría, pero, si me gustaría hacerle una referencia, donde aparte de que puede ser nombrada, de repente estemos en Ventalia resolviendo o siguiendo la trama y aparezca Avento Arentino llamando o hablando con un miembro de la Hermandad.
I feel that the Dark Brotherhood would not be a faction that our character in the series would touch, but, yes I would like to make a reference to it, where apart from the fact that it can be named, suddenly we are in Ventalia solving or following the plot and Avento Arentino appears calling or talking to a member of the Brotherhood.
Personajes | Characters
Como ya mencioné, con el actor o actriz principal no habría ningún problema con quien elegir porque no se tiene que parecer a nadie, existen millones de personajes creados en este juego, pero cuando se trata de los NPC que interactuamos y son parte de la historia si es importante que se le parezcan un poco así sea en actuar la personalidad para que no e pierda la esencia de esta serie. Ulfric Capa de la Tormenta creo que sería perfecto para Brad Pitt, ya ese actor está mayor pero aún tiene ese atractivo que nos ayudara a entender que hace Ulfric a parte de lograr tener un increíble discurso bien persuasivo, pero algo clasista o xenofóbico.
As I already mentioned, with the main actor or actress there wouldn't be any problem with who to choose because they don't have to look like anyone, there are millions of characters created in this game, but when it comes to the NPCs that we interact with and are part of the story it is important that they look a little bit like them, even if it's in acting and personality so that they don't lose the essence of this series. Ulfric Storm Cloak I think he would be perfect for Brad Pitt, this actor is already old but he still has that appeal that will help us understand what Ulfric does besides having an incredible persuasive speech, but somewhat classist or xenophobic.
Como General Tulio siento que es perfecto Michael Keaton, yo no sé si son actores capaces de aceptar estos papeles, pero para estos personajes parecérseles físicamente creo que están bastante bien. Obviamente porque es uno de mis personajes favoritos debería estar haría que luego de varios capítulos apareciera la persona más importante de todo el juego, que su historia esté dentro de la serie y complemente a la principal de los dragones que es Serana, que si es por una actriz perfecta para el papel tengo tres opciones, por favor ayúdenme a escoger entre: Anne Hathaway, Lily Collins o solo porque me encantaría verla con ese color de cabello y con un estilo muy de vampira Anya Taylor-Joy.
As General Tulio I feel that Michael Keaton is perfect, I don't know if they are actors capable of accepting these roles, but for these characters physically I think they are pretty good. De verdad siento que una serie sobre Skyrim sería una fruta muy grande para exprimir y abusar, pero también para abrazar y tratar con cariño lleno de referencias y cosas que a nosotros los fans y jugadores de este juego nos puede hacer gritar y muy feliz, espero les haya gustado este post, siempre agradecida por el equipo de @playerhive por estas ideas y tal vez venga con segunda parte y otros actores, ya veremos.

I really feel that a series about Skyrim would be a very big fruit to squeeze and abuse, but also to embrace and treat with affection full of references and things that us fans and players of this game can make us scream and very happy, I hope you liked this post, always grateful for the @playerhive team for these ideas and maybe it will come with second part and other actors, we'll see.

Definitivamente lo que haría la diferencia en esta serie serian las referencias, claramente la acción y la magia serian geniales pero el humor que maneje haciendo referencia a la comunidad, a cosas que han sucedido a formas que tienen los jugadores de engañar a los NPCs o mismo haciendo referencias a cosas que les han pasado a youtubers sin ser algo exagerado y obvio podrían ser realmente la clave.
¿Una serie de Skyrim con Brad Pitt como Ulfric y Michael Keaton como Tulio? ¡ES UN SÍ ROTUNDO A VER ESA VAINA!
Demasiado buena la idea, siento que se podrían hacer demasiadas cosas para contar la historia del Dragonborn, además, habría muy buenos actores y actríces que podrían formar parte como los NPC's más icónicos del juego, un ejemplo bien práctico más allá de los que has mencionado sería Sam Neill o Anthony Hopkins para protagonizar a Kodlak Melena Blanca con los compañeros, por poner un ejemplo y sería INCREÍBLE.
Y para responder tu última pregunta, lo siento pero no hay manera alguna de que Serana no sea interpretada por Anne Hathaway, ella siempre sabe cómo hacer el papel y siento que quedaría más que perfecta físicamente.
Podría poner a Katheryn Winnick como Delphine, y a Anya Taylor-Joy como Aela La Cazadora, sería más que espectacular ese papel para ella.
Hay demasiado potencial, podría hacer un post completo en este comentario para esa casting JAJA, qué buen post Shanis.

Una de las cosas que me gusta mucho del Skyrim, es que no tiene una historia que seguir, sino que simplemente comienzas en un mundo abierto donde puedes elegir cualquier camino, sinceramente es imposible aburrirse, más aún con tantos mods que ahora puedes incluirle al juego base, en su momento cuando lo jugaba me divertí mucho, tenía todo lo que un videojuego del género debería de tener.
No podía ser un juego diferente que Skyrim el de tu serie Shanitaaa, esooooooo.
Sin duda Brad Pitt sería perfecto como Ulfric, le queda geniaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal.
